preview of my black butler fanfic.

"Ciel's head was propped onto his arm, sitting at a diner table. Usually, he wouldn't go out to a commoner's place like this, but Sebastian had insisted he got out of the mansion for once in a while. His cold blue eye shifted from Sebastian's red ones to a plate of cookies. Ciel had ordered them, not heeding the butler's warnings of too much sweets. The Earl couldn't honestly care less, for he didn't care at all.

He obliged to pick one up off of the ceramic plate, examining it before putting a small portion of it in his mouth and taking a bite. It was delectable on his tongue, to say the least, and for such a lowly place to eat, they made some of the best cookies he ever tasted. "Does it fit to your liking, young master?" asked Sebastian, his voice suave like Satan.

"Yes, Sebastian," commented Ciel, cool and collected, taking another cookie. A brunette waitress walked past in a light blue dress and apron, asking them briskly if they were satisfied with a bright, fake smile.

"Actually no," Sebastian blurted, unlike his classy self. "I'd like to order a spice cake." Ciel lifted up his eye patch to give the demon a challenging look, as if he were telling him to watch his behavior. The waitress smiled at both of them, assuming they were a couple, and quickly left to go back to the kitchen.

As soon as she left, Ciel muttered under his breath, "What was that for? I thought you didn't want me to eat sweets, damn hypocrite." Sebastian gave a chuckle.

"I did it because I am simply one hell of a butler." His tone was infused with flirtatiousness, as if he meant a whole lot more behind those trademark words. The rather angered appearance of Ciel's face withered away into his usual one, a poker face."
