★ he would always be the laziest little shit in existence- or so that was to everyone else. it was his decision to become who he was, so there were no more distractions to his life, ones like death brought when it hit the people one loved. which had happened to him too many times for him to count. well, he could probably count, but as much as he tried not to remember, it was still around, still there. sei thought about these things as he sat by the lake with a loaf of bread next to him, crumbling up pieces of bread and throwing them into the river, where ducks fed on them. it was so peaceful here. the music in his headphones was not loud, and sounds of violins seeped through them, reaching heights that he knew how to hit, if only he had such an instrument.

  • Kira, who had been on a hard run stopped to look at the river. A smile sprea Dover ever face when she saw the ducks, they were so cute. A cold breeze pulled at her coat. When she realized she had caught her breath she continued running close to the water, her brown hair bobbing behind her.

  • Iridescence soon padded up, sitting near Sei with a neutral expression on his face. He didn't really know what was going on, but whatever it was seemed peaceful and calm.

★ it was peaceful- sei really could believe that it was for a while. he knew that everyone had to face what they were running away from eventually, but for right now he could believe that he was at least a little happy. "hey, iridescence," the white tiger said in his usually sleepy voice. "want to feed them too?" he didn't usually offer people anything, but today he pulled out another piece of bread just for him and did just that.
