    Untying his other skate yet again, he redid it, making sure it was tight enough to probably cut off circulation in his foot. Standing away from the bench wobbly, the blonde teen sucked in a deep breath before pushing off on the carpet. It was always easier on there, the carpet, and a good way to get back into the hang of rollerskating. Sweeping his bangs out of his face, the male finally made his way over to the enterace to the arenea, before pushing off and joining the other small group of skaters already there.

She had been meaning to take her children here for quite some time, so she also asked her girl and best friend to join her. There was something about gliding around on wheels that didn't feel safe, and since he didn't know how to stop without running into something he was bound to crash if he tried.


    He didn't know how to change direction, either, but this was the redhead's first time doing any kind of skating in his nine or so years of life. Maybe if he thought about it enough he'd figure it out.

    ..Okay, she had never been roller skating before.


    But Leo could just tell she would love it! It looked like so much fun! In a matter of seconds, the hyper brunette had strapped on her own skates and stepped into the rink. "Wheeeee!" Leo squealed, pushing off and quickly rolling forward. It was fun!


    Five seconds hadn't passed before Leo fell forward onto the floor, the wheels in her skates still rolling as she landed on her face.


    The teenager quickly sat up, rubbing her face and pushing her long red-brown hair out of the way. "Oops!" Leo giggled, pushing herself back up and straightening her black skirt before beginning to roll again. Seconds later, the girl fell again, but she continued to laugh in her normal bubbly fashion.

    Karkat was the next to appear on the rink, wobbling and using whatever he could to hold himself up. He watched the other people on the rink and, determined, he stepped onto it.     The golden-haired teen certainly wasn't a pro at skating, but neither was she an extreme failure. She had in fact taken several lessons -- four, to be exact -- so she knew what it was like. Due to being the reckless girl she was, Rain had already managed to go too fast, spin out of control, and fall a couple times, and there was a dull pain in her left arm that didn't seem to want to go away any time soon. Of course, she didn't really care about it too much, and was quickly back up, making her merry way around the ring. Out of the corner of her eye, the girl spotted someone about her age, who seemed to be consistently falling. Rain skated over to her, smiling pleasantly. "First time?" She asked Leo, extending an amr to try to help her up. (if she took it, it would most probably result in her losing her balance and both of them collapsing)
