    I made this account because I simply couldn't log into my old one. I've tried every possible combination, resetting my password, all of those things, but it simply says 'password security has been updated' and won't let me log it. It's been a few eels now and nobody has helped me.


    My old account's username was gemwithingalaxy; with a bunch of active characters and silver and things I'd bought and would really like back! Could someone please help me? I've been a member on that account for years, and people are also beginning to steal my ideas and characters while I've been gone.

    I wish I could help!! Maybe you could merge your old account with this one? You can link them through the subaccount menu, enter your old account name and password and you can switch over to it like a subaccount. Maybe you wouldnt even need to merge it
