  • "Hello!" Wildkit had just woken up, and quickly burst in between his brother and sister with a huge smile on his face, no sign of apologies on his face. "Forgive Pebblekit, sis! We're just kidding around!" He looked at his brother before back at his sister. (He's the last open kit!)

    Bearpaw yawned, padding out of the den with a small smile on his face. He had no idea on where his peers were, before shrugging slightly, but he was kinda sad once he thought about it. Might be with their mentors. Then he noticed the snow. He lightened up slightly. Yes, he may be a newly appointed apprentice but he still acts like a kit. He rolled around in it, not caring if the snow soaked into his fur, making it cold.

    Whisperlight saw her brother finally exit the den, and she sighed softly to herself. She saw that the kits were playing around in the nursery and the she-cat smiled softly. The white cat nearly blended well with the snow around her. She saw Foxshadow nearby. "Hello, Foxshadow." She greeted softly.

  • Whisperlight dipped her head and looked up, indicating a yes. She smiled softly when she realized that the Tom was watching the kits. "You like the kits?" She asked, blinking blue eyes at the nursery.

  • "They are the base of our clan." He smiled warmly at the kits, back away from the nursery a bit. "Without them, we have no future." Purring, he added finally. "Someday, I'd like to have kits. Being able to visit the nursery and see a little reflection of myself, knowing that my bloodline goes on..." He trailed off. "Well, I'm going to go hunting, feel free to join me." Trotting off towards the entrance to the clan, he continued to purr.

  • Whisperlight now burned with understanding for the reason of kits as she had listened to Foxshadow's explanation, she never had thought about having kits really, with being alone for a long time before she had arrived here. She nodded, and with one more look at the nursery, she padded after the warrior, running slightly to catch up, and went side by side going out to hunt.

  • Pebblekit||Kitten|
    Pebblekit smiled in relief as Wildkit swooped in to further assure Dawnkit. He nodded. "Yeah! We were kidding around," he echoed after his brother, repeating once more. Truly his words were not intended to hurt Dawnkit, he had intended to annoy her a little, as siblings normally do, but he didn't mean to upset her that much.

    ooc~ sorry in a rush

  • dawnkit lifted one paw away. "you were...kidding?" she squeaked quietly, her fur fluffed up, greenish-brown eyes wide in fear as her ears folded back. "o-oh..."

  • Wildkit grinned with reassurance, placing a paw on Dawnkit for comfort as well. "Yeppers! And it's okay, Dawnkit. Rock head over there sometimes doesn't know what he even says." The kit grinned as his older brother as he snickered at the pun. "Hey! Do ya wanna play?" He exclaimed soon after, sparkle in his eyes. He wanted Dawnkit to forget about it and with his randomness it might work.

    Bearpaw loved the snow. He quickly shook off the snow that had clinged on to his fur, he shook it off, making his fur slightly messy. But the apprentice merely grinned. He then watched the camp to see if anybody was available for him to talk to. "Now... What to next?"

    Whisperlight quickly stepped into a crouch, balancing herself as she crept forward. She had spotted a plump mouse and it was distracted. She was downwind of it, and she kept her weight light on her paws. The cat quickly jumped and swiftly bit it to the neck, killing it instantly.

  • Taking chase of a rabbit, Foxshadow showed his speed. The warrior bounded over the rabbit and landed square on its back. A satisfying snap, then the rabbit stopped moving under the Tom's heavy weight. A grin passed over Foxshadow's face as he buried the small, brown creature.

  • Whisperlight may be quiet, but not quite enough for birds and voles. She could only get a rabbit and another mouse. She snorted in disappointment, mostly with herself for not being able to hunt the 'easy' prey, and brought the catch to the first mouse that she had caught which was buried within the dirt.

  • dawnkit jumped up, shaking her fur so it wasn't as fluffed up and she forced her ears back up, but her eyes were still wide. she nodded and abruptly leapt on her brother, pinning him down quite easily. she was sensitive and shy, but she was formidably (and surprisingly) strong in a fight, even a playfight.

  • "GAH!" Wildkit was quickly surprised by his sister's amount of force that went into her pinning position. He wriggled constantly, but he knew that Dawnkit was still strong enough to keep him down. With narrowed eyes and a playful smirk, he turned over on his back and used his hind legs to push her off, not enough to sending her flying obviously.

  • Foxshadow leaped from bush to bush in chase of a vole. He finally managed to snag the thing, but the noise it made promised that he would have no more luck in this area. Placing the vole in another hole, he glanced up at the sky, his eyes reflected the morning light as he starred into the sky. "No birds here." He deduced.

  • She decided to try one more time. Burying the kill in different places and sure that she would remember where they were, she padded to a slightly more different area. A thrush. Once she was close enough, she gave chase, snagging the bird on the base of the tail, bringing it down as it wriggled for freedom. She killed it off.

  • dawnkit squealed in excitement, leaping up to wildkit's head and batted his face with her paw, growling playfully.

  • "Oh, is that how you're gonna do it, huh sis?" He quickly pawed the other's shoulder, and jumping on them and they tumbled for a little while. It sent Wildkit into laughter, as he tried to control himself and play fight with his siblings.

    Bearpaw wandered around, saying hellos to the nearby cats.

  • LovelyKit saw BearPaw and raced over, "BearPaw! BearPaw! I'm six moons roday I'm goin to be an apprentice!" The little light brown and white she-cat jumped in circles around BearPaw, she stopped and looked at him with stone grey eyes, "What is it like? To be an apprentice?"

    //BearPaw is her crush\\

  • (Haha, glad you're back! Well... Nothing much happened, Foxshadow and Whisperlight went hunting, kits are play fighting and such... I dunno where's the others honestly!
    Oohhh, Lovelykit has a crush huh? *wink*)

    Bearpaw grinned widely as the nearly-apprentice. "Great, you're so close! We're glad to have ya on board!" He tilted his head, wondering what to say to the cat before another smile appeared. "Well... Being an apprentice is fun! You get to know others, get to fight and hunt and do well for the Clan!"
