    Maybe it was because she was alone. Maybe it was because she was potentially mute. Maybe it was because she wanted to be understood. Something had driven this lynx to this border. She sat, waiting patiently for any body to accept her. Sahleen yawned, showing her large canines. She flexed her claws, spreading her large paws about. But she remained sitting, waiting.

She stood, her grey fur rippling with the muscles beneath it. Her ears moved about the tufts moving with them. It doesn't matter. Sahleen was friends with this creature, in an unknown way. She stepped into the border. Finally, safety and warmth for the 39 moon lynx.
