  • Azulsresazna. A Dragon Queen searching for her world.

Aviar Mountains. So high and majestic. Alone, windy and cold.

But here, thought the dragon, will be her new home. She will dwell the lands here and watch her kingdom prosper... Will her dream come true?

Azulsresazna's scales were black, straight like a bird's feathers. She was big, but there were enough room in the yet to be founded, kingdom. And room for many, many dragons. Her horns were curved backwards, spiraling like an unicorn's horn. Her eyes were like a cat's, golden and sparkly. Her spikes were gold, and ran through to the end of the tail, with a tuft of fur there. Her claws were golden, curved, what could be hard in a fight, but they were small. Her wings were almost the size of herself. Her teeth were white like a pearl's shine. And she had her emerald, as a necklace. She called it her lucky charm.

Azulsresazna was gliding in the sky, slowly and smoothly. She was searching for a cave, for a home for herself.

  • A large male exit his cozy black cave. His skin was a smooth gold, that shined in even the weakest light. His eyes were a dark emerald green, and had a few horns that fanned out on top of his head. His claws were a decent size, and as solid and sharp as the gold he created and collected. His wings were relatively normal to his stature, and his underbelly and overlapping plates of what seemed like armor going all the way down to the bottom of his tail. This dragon, was Mnemith.

  • When Azulsresazna was gliding slowly upon the cold, smooth blue sky, she had spotted a gold dragon. Who was it? She dived in the sky, nearer to the dragon's cave. She landed near the cave and awaited what will the dragon do. She was careful. What if The Aviar Mountains were claimed already? She needed to know everything she needed about these mountains. She took a few steps nearer. And waited.

  • Mnemith heard the landing of another beast and looked to see who it could be. Seeing Azulsresazna, he emitting an almost inaudible low growl and showed his light yellow teeth. Not exactly plaque like, but a mixture between gold and white. He guarded his cave entrance threateningly, "Stay out of my cave." He warned spreading his wings to seem even larger.

  • Azulsresazna shook herself. "Why would I want your cave, hmm?" she asked with a feminine dragon voice, what was a bit questioning and somehow... Mystical. "I have no need of your cave. I represent myself as Azulsresazna, the Dragon Princess of The Floating Island Kingdom, daughter of King Raxus and Queen Azulnarma. I am searching for an abandoned cave for myself in these mountains... And are they ruled by some kind of king or queen, yet?" she said politely, but with a pride in voice. The emerald as a necklace gleamed in the sun, and Azulsresazna's eyes were questioning.

  • Mnemith relaxed, "No, as far as I know I live alone." He said acting a tiny bit more polite but still held his head high with straight posture. Mnemith took a glance towards Azulsresazna's necklace with interest, but then realized it was a little too green for him personally, and didn't feel like getting into any fights that day. "Why do you want to come to these mountains?"

  • "My soul lives with floating islands, mountains and high skies." replied Azulsresazna, with a kind of proud voice. "I'd want to make my kingdom here, in The Aviar Mountains. These snowy fields, cool falls, rocky lands and connections of caves make me perfect. I'd stay out of your cave, as always, I have no interest in barging other dragons' homes, but if I make a kingdom, mind me, you're a part of it. If you claim you will reject this, you will be left alone." she said. She raised her wings once and put them back to her back. Then she tapped her emerald slowly with a frozen face, lookin at it. Nothing happened and she raised her head again. "Hmm... The Dragon Queen of The Aviar Mountains... That seems proud." she mumbled to herself.

  • Mnemith was interested in what she was saying. Considering everything, a nodded, "I will join your new kingdom and help make it grow with you. As long as my cave remains unexplored by anyone but me, then things will get along fine." He gave a sly smile, "I will be respected and looked up to by many." He said to himself as well.

  • Azulsresazna returned a soft, graceful smile, especially for a dragon. "Great, so you have agreed. What is your name, by the way, I haven't heard it, yet?" asked Azulsresazna. "Oh, and do you know some caves around here? Abandoned ones?" she asked as well. It seemed that the female dragon was already interested in founding a home quickly. She was very eager to put the kingdom together.

  • "Oh, of course." The golden beast said shaking out his wings, "I'm Mnemith." He gave a curt bow and returned Azulsreazna's smile. "There are plenty of unoccupied caves along these mountains. In fact, the nearest one isn't far from here." Mnemith gave a gesture towards the right, "I can show you if you wish."

  • The female dragon chuckled and said: "Don't bow. It makes me think I'm too special, but I am not." She looked the way Mnemith showed. "Hmm, well, that may be good... But maybe you know a cave that centers to the Aviar Mountains and is a big cave with certain tunnels and chambers? Just I've thought of a cave like that..." asked the young dragon queen. It was clear the dragon queen had been thinking over and over about her kingdom and home... But now it is to see how this will come.

  • "I know of a very large cave in the center of the mountains, yes." Mnemith said thinking it over, "I left it, because it would be too hard for a lone dragon to watch over. And, I'm aware of at least one tunnel entrance, but after a few feet into it the ground has caved in. I was always to lazy to try and dig it back out." He told her.

  • Mnemith agreed and turned to jump on top of his cave to get a quick mind refreshing of the mountains. He waved at the female, "Hop up here.' He said ready to take off, his slick golden skin shone and his talons clicked on the hard rock surface.

  • Azulsresazna made it easier and flapped her wings once. She was on the top of the cave, wings up, ready to fly. Her yellow, almost golden eyes shone in the sky, her mind was fresh and the sky was bright. And her golden claws and spikes shone as well. Azul was ready for a flight.

  • Mnemith jumped high off of his cave and spread his wings apart to lay flat to smoothly glide using the winds. He did a quick scout out again, then continued for the center of the mountains.

  • Azul gently flapped her wings and glided forward to follor Mnemith to the cave. She was feeling the easy wind, not too cold air, she was used to it. The sun was bright, but did not warm much, but Azul was too much used to that already.

  • Mnemith didn't recognize the temperature of the air. It just felt like his home, the way he has lived it for many years now, and he never even seemed to notice a change. His skin was always a comfortable temperature of, well, average. His eyes locked onto the partial cave, and gracefully dove down to it, expecting Azul to be close behind.

  • Azulsresazna saw Mnemith landing and did the same. When they were at the front of the cave now, Azul said gratefully: "Thank you. Now all I need is to work." Her eyes were scouring the cave around from. She saw the collapsed cave door and stepped near it with soft thumps.

  • "No problem." Mnemith said as he sat and watched her get to work. "So," He said attempting conversation, "Is there anything you can do, like.." He didn't know how to explain it, "Like this?" He asked as he touched a pebble and it turned into a golden nugget.
