[fancypost borderwidth= 0px; width: 350px; text-align:justify; color:#262626; font-family:georgia; font-size:9.5px]Who didn't like adventures huh? He loved them. The kit was generally always occupied with some sort of game or adventure he was on. and this one was no different. Maybe for an older animal it was just a walk, but for Jack it was a full blown treck.
He was leaping over boulders and under fallen branches, chasing leaves that strayed across his path and attempting the occasional dive at a mouse as it scurried away from the small white kit. He saw something though, wedged under a rock. It didn't take him that long to pull out though. The cover was a giant green stalk, stretching up into the clouds and a golden hen. It was a book! Jack couldn't read.. but he was sure he could find somebody who could.
It was about the same size as him, but somehow he had managed to get it back to camp, brushing leaves and dirt from it and looking down at the words on the front in gold. 'Jack and the giant beanstalk' it read.
"Can anyone read?", he called out, plopping himself onto his front, feathery tail sweeping up by his side.
