    OOC: The War of Stars is a terrible war that took place between StarClan and the Dark Forest, with the Living Clans caught between them. With this dreadful war looming on the horizon, warriors must choose sides.


    There is no form required, but you can choose to make a Living, StarClan, or Dark Forest cat. If you do a Living Warrior, they can choose to help StarClan or the Dark Forest. Please keep in mind that while your cats can have names from the official series, they cannot be the cats themselves.


    IC: A ginger and white tom was getting a drink when his pelt began to prickle. Another tabby, this one gray and white with black stripes, was concerned. "Something wrong, Sedgefrost?" he asked. "Yes. Something definitely is wrong." "Probably nothing." a gruff black tom grunted. Suddenly, yowling caught their attention. Another black tom, his spiky fur bristling, staggered out of the sunlit trees. "Thorn Claw!" the gray tabby exclaimed." "The Dark Forest have broken through the Barrier!"(the mist between StarClan and the Dark Forest). Thorn Claw yowled. "Stormpelt, get the Ancients! Sedgefrost, get the leaders! We must teach these mangepelts not to invade us!" the other black tom, Stormfur, ordered. Stormpelt shot away at once, while Sedgefrost gave the black cat a stony look before racing off. Stormfur and Sedgefrost had both been deputies when they died, and it peeved Sedgefrost, from SwiftClan, when another deputy ordered him around.

    Ooc) NightFang, Dark Forest, LightClaw, StarClan, Gingerstep, Living, Hasn't decided yet.




    Ic) Beetail bounded out from the darkness as well, hackles raised and claws unsheathed he was prepared for battle. Lightclaw was at the scene already, shocked that his brother (Nightfang) had crossed the mist. "Nightfang, how dare you cross the border!" He growled. The black warrior said nothing, too focused if the StarClan cats would attack.

    IC: A dark brown tabby named Sharpstar lunged for Stormfur, who leaped out of the way. More Dark Forest cats raced into StarClan territory. "Flea-brained, mangy rogues!" Mossytail screeched, ripping a ginger tabby off a paler gray tabby with thick darker stripes.(Quicktail and Reedstar, respectively)

    Ic) LightClaw got into a fighting stance. "You forgot one thing you mouse-brained pieces of fox dung!" he growled. "I was the Cat Of Stars!" (the Cat of a prophecy) he screeched. He lunged outwards landing on his brother, fighting viciously. Nightfang through the cream warrior off of him, clawing a deep wound on one of his black stripes. LightClaw's green eyes burned bright with hatred as he leaped up and tackled his brother again, only to be thrown against a tree. A few monster lengths away from Nightfang, he concentrated and crept into the closest cats' dreams. He spotted a bright ginger She-cat, stalking a squirrel. LightClaw crept over to her. Stepping on a stick, he scared the squirrel away. "Mouse dung!" she spat. The She-cat looked around. "Who's there!" she asked. LightClaw sighed and stood up, his green eyes starting at the She-cat. "Gingerstep of SwiftClan, I am LightClaw, the" "The Cat of Stars." Gingerstep said in shock. LightClaw sighed. "There is a battle in StarClan right now. Our cats are protecting our land from the Cats from The Place of No Stars. We need help from every warrior we can find. Will you help?" LightClaw explained. Gingerstep nodded furiously, still in shock from the sudden encounter. Nightfang suddenly leaped at LightClaw, pinning him to the ground. "Hey, get off of him!" Gingerstep screeched, throwing Nightfang off of LightClaw. Suddenly, she vanished as she woke up from her dream. LightClaw was relieved she wasn't a spy for the Dark Forest. Vanishing, we went back to the border to defend his territory.

    IC: "Stay out of this Mossytail!" Quicktail sneered. "I wouldn't want such a pretty she-cat to get hurt!" "Flea-pelt!" Reedstar spat, slamming his hind legs into Quicktail. Reedstar's treacherous younger brother was the cause of this "War of Stars", since he refused to let go of his belief that Reedstar had stolen Quicktail's "right" to be leader. "Go find Emberstep! We need the Star Cats' help!" Reedstar ordered Mossytail. Though it pained her to leave her mate, Mossytail did as she was told.

    Ic) LightClaw stood beside Reedstar, backing him up. "What do you want me to do." he whispered to the one of many StarClan leaders.

    IC: The thick-striped leader's tail-tip twitched as he tried to think. "Go find Jagged Cliff. He's a massive brown and white tom. He looks like my brother Rainstar, only bigger and lighter brown." he said before flying at Quicktail again.

    Ic) LightClaw nodded and pelted off to the ancient cat camp. He looked around for the massive brown tom. He saw Sheer Ice, a fellow sharpclaw to Jagged Cliff. It turns out, he was talking to the white She-cat."Jagged Cliff, your battling skills are needed at the Dark Forest Border. We're under attack." he explained to the brown tom.

    IC: "I'm coming." Jagged Cliff raced towards the fight, slamming into a mangy tortoiseshell tormenting Wolfpaw, a deceased SwiftClan apprentice.

    Ooc) OwlStar, dark brown tabby with Amber eyes, sometimes mistaken as TigerStar, The Dark Forest, and Flaming Spirit, bright ginger with green eyes, sometimes mistaken as Firestar, ancient StarClan cat.




    Ic) Flaming Spirit leaped up at the news and sped over, head butting a muscular tom called OwlStar. LightClaw ran back to find Nightfang sneaking up on Reedstar. "No!!" he yowled, leaping on top of his brother. They clawed at each other while they rolled down a hill into a river. Lungs filled with the sugary sweet water, he swam to the surface spitting out water only to be dragged back down by Nightfang. Pushing against his flank, LightClaw bounced out of the water to reenter the war.

    IC: "Call off this attack! We did nothing to you!" Reedstar snarled at Quicktail. "But you did! You stole my rightful position as deputy!" Quicktail sneered. "It was Jaystar's choice! You made the mistake of believing what you did!" Reedstar spat. "And now everyone has to pay for your beliefs? Uh-uh!" He slammed his paw into Quicktail's muzzle, letting a furious Hopclaw take over as more StarClan cats raced down. Mistfire from PineClan helped Jagged Cliff, Tall Pine fought alongside Wolfpaw, Gladepaw, and Hedgehogfur.

    Ic) Gingerstep had re-entered the war with two other warriors. Lionjaw, a golden tabby with blue eyes and Windecho, a white She-cat with blazing yellow eyes. They charged at Nightfang who had just climbed up the hill. Lionjaw pinned the Cat down, his weight overpowering the black warrior. Windecho helped Fire Spirit take down OwlStar and sent him pelting to his territory with a long scratch from his muzzle to shoulder. Gingerstep was backing up LightClaw and Reedstar as Adderfoot, a brown tortoiseshell tom charged at them, his green eyes burning with bloodlust. Gingerstep tripped him as LightClaw clawed him. The two both kicked the warrior to their clanmates as they took on more evil cats.

    IC: Hopclaw kicked Quicktail away, and Reedstar and Clawstar(his great-great grandfather) aided Muddy and Flamestar in attacking Ronin, a matted old rogue. "It's never-ending!" Muddy wailed when Ronin had been driven off. "We're StarClan! We have to keep fighting until every last mangy rogue is gone!" Clawstar snarled. Unlike most Clan(and Lone) cats that arrived in StarClan, Clawstar chose to keep his scars and missing ear, since he decided he was best known for them.

    Ic) more Dark Forest cats flooded the border from the Place Of No Stars. Gingerstep recognized a warrior called Cobratooth. She's seen her at gatherings. They have living warriors too?! she thought. Cobratooth leaped and pinned Gingerstep down. Terrified, Gingerstep clawed open her belly. Hissing, Cobratooth limped away to her next in PineClan. The SwiftClan warriors began to fade. "We'll see you in what seems like minutes!" Gingerstep yowled to LightClaw. The warrior nodded and kept fighting.

    IC: "The only warriors from our Clans that joined this rogues when they died are Sharpstar, Quicktail, and Cloudpelt." Twistface, a dark brown tabby tom with white stripes on his face, spat. "We have to keep this fight from entering the real world. If it does, all the living warriors are doomed!" Jaywing, a living Star Cat, snarled.

    Ic) Oops.. LightClaw thought, throwing Adderfoot back into the forest. "The Dark Forest already has living cats on their side though! Will we need to send a warning to the living?" he asked. Graniteclaw and Mistyfeather, two living cats hurled themselves onto LightClaw. Graniteclaw's weight flattened the stary warrior as Mistyfeather clawed at him furiously. Throwing them off, he left them both a scar to remember him by.

    Ic) LightClaw dodged OwlStar as he came back lunging at the warrior. "Should I send a prophecy or what? Or should Leafwhisper, the old medicine cat of SwiftClan send it?" he asked. Nightfang was going to tackle LightClaw, but a ginger paw swiped from under the black warrior, causing Nightfang to stumble and fall. Gingerstep stood up, Lionjaw and Windecho already fighting Mistyfeather and Graniteclaw.
