    "We need to do something, the clan has been dragging along at a snails pace." Gildedheart commented as he sat down in the leader's den where he, and he assumed, the others were gathered at.
    "Not that I mind the peace too much, but it makes us look boring and uninteresting to joiners."
    The golden tom smiled wryly, no one liked calm atmospheres nowadays. It was a little saddening to know.
    "I propose restoring the guilds first and foremost, give members different divisions to work in with rankings to earn in those divisions.
    We would have a medical branch, Bloom and Blazeheart could head that, and then possibly one made entirely for raiding tactics which I think Rocket and Skuli would be best suited to lead.
    Alliance and events could be the focus for Meadowpaw. She's fun-loving and friendly.
    Also the clan of 'innovation and learning' isn't really working out for us. I'd like to suggest we focus more on our namesake. What is a storm? Its calm at the center, dangerous when it needs to be. A force to be reckoned with. While keeping with our traditional theme why not make ourselves more militia to some degree?
    I don't mean go full military but perhaps since we are so stable we can loan our assistance to our allies better..."

    A group of healers within the clan, it was what Bloom always thought should be allowed, why she liked which never seemed to have less than four to six medics at a time. helping people? Could not be restricted to some rank, sure those with rank normally had more intensive training and experience in new/unexplored study, but that didn't mean those without the two things were worthless. At one time? The healer herself had been like that, if people weren't given the chance they'd never achieve.


    Her head was nodded, though she did a little scratch drawing of a flower, above a heart on fire. her way of showing Blaze was not ready to be a full medic yet, more training was required; Thus Bloom wanted to head the thing, and have Blaze as some sort of nurse or something.


    Than she started sketching again, pictures of kittens, pictures of shot cats, pictures of generally sickly cats, drawing lines between and such. Mentoring under CloudHouse? Newer idea's were something strong for her, and maybe dividing it up like two legs did would be good. Plus if they could have healers study subjects more in depth, more people could be saved.

The fem had heard that other clans had started that, and with the traditional theme going on it wouldn't be a bad idea. She wouldn't mind heading a healing branch with Bloom, she thought they worked together well anyways. "What would each branch be responsible for? Should we have a fourth branch of people who ar active and helpful enough for a S/HP, but don't show any interest and/or talent in any of the branches you suggested?" she asked.

    Vi strutted up. "I disagree with the guilds to an extent. The way Dragoonstar had the guilds set up didn't work well, hence why Littlestar abolished them. If we were to do them, however, how'd we set them up so that they would work more efficiently? As for the rest, I agree."

    "Dragoonstar's guild was not organized nor maintained properly. We're not using his setup, we're going to make out own."
    Gildedheart frowned slightly at Violetta and her comment. The other guild system had not included the specialties nor the idea of ranking that he'd suggested, so he wasn't certain why she brought up it needing to be done differently since that was the general idea anyways.
    "As I said, the guild divisions would covered specialties so that regular members have different paths they can obtain rather than simply being a warrior or a healer. They would have their own format, set up like smaller clans within the clan itself with ranks and a leader as well as their own title system.
    That way rather than wait around to be promoted in the regular ranks they can work for the divisions, it'll give us a good grasp of who is more dedicated for our regular promotions as well.


    I suggest four core guilds structures. Healing, Warfare, Event management and Politics. Each specializes in their own division, they hold their own meetings and regulate their own rankings depending on who heads each. I think for starters high positions should run them until we work it out.


    Each guild will have its own ranking system in tiers similar to that of BloodClan's structure." He hated the place as much as the next StormClanner, but they had a good system. Tier one guilders would be the normal ranks. Move on up to Tier five where you have the head of the guild.
    To advance to each tier you'd have a requirements list needed such as having been a member of StormClan for a certain amount of time and doing things relating to your guild's focus."[/b]


    He smiled toward Blazeheart, "The guilds would be optional, if they don't interest someone they don't have to join one."


    His blue eyes drifted toward Meadowpaw, "Yes, that's a good idea. We need to encourage more mentor and apprentice relations. Perhaps some kind of reward system for mentoring and being apprenticed properly..."

    "I'm still reluctant about bringing guilds back, to be honest. The original was too confusing, we tried re-formatting it into the academy and hardly anyone was interested, and the format you're describing sounds awfully like the first one. I know third time's supposed to be the charm, but I'm just not sure it's the right move for us so much as for a bigger group. More raids and military stuff sounds fine though, and perhaps if that helps draw us attention and new members, we could try the guilds again.
