Jay took a deep breath and his senses sharpened. "Three walkers to our right. Sixty yards off. These things are stupid, but they have good hearing. Always be mindful of how much noise you make."

"And don't correct me." Erin hissed, much quieter. "I'm not an idiot."
-
Jay shook his head. "I never said that, nor thought it." Jay said, coming up on a road and looking for any signs.
-
Erin walked onward, not saying anything else as she dared to screw open her flask and take a long sip.
-
Jay looked back. "Best not to be drinking. It'll make you clumsy if you do too much." Jay said, walking down the street towards a distant city.
-
Erin's lips curled in a snarl, and she Crosse d the road, walking off into the forest beyond it. "I'm not going in the city if you plan on going there."
-
Jay turned back to her and began following. "My name's Jay, by the way. I never caught yours, come to think of it."

Tammy sighed as she found herself on a road that split the forest in two. As she stepped on it, she kicked a small rock that when bouncing on the road, making clicking noises as it did so. "Shit." She mumbled and looked around. She grabbed her ax as a walker came near her and smashed it between the eyes. Tammy grunted as she pulled the ax out and began to worry as more walkers began her way.[glow=black,2,300]❝ LIFE GOES ON ❞[/glow]

Giselle sighed as she was ignored. "Oh well." she said before looking around.
-
"Erin." She growled shortly, hurrying on ahead. "I don't suppose it matters."
-
"Of course it does." Jay said, "What makes you say that?"
-
Erin didn't answer, hunching her shoulders.
~
It was until the stars began to appear in the sky that Erin threw her back pack down, unzipping it and pulling out a large black hoodie and pulling it over her head. "I'll take first watch."
-
"You sure about that? I don't need much sleep. I can take it if you want." Jay offered politely.
-
Erin's eyes narrowed as she glanced at him. "No, I'll stay up."
-
(What should i do with my charrie?)
-
OOC: I guess just keep tagging along with Tammy for the time being.
IC: Jay shrugged. "Alright. Don't tire yourself out too much though." He said, lying down.
-
Erin wrinkled her nose in the dark, reluctantly sitting on her pack as she pulled her cap well over her ears. It had grown rather colder the past few nights; it was the beginning of a long winter.
-
Jay lay on the ground, feigning sleep. He didn't trust that Erin wouldn't go off and leave or otherwise.
-
And Erin did exactly that, waiting a while before quietly slinging her pack over her shoulders, tiptoe in through the brush as she continued her long trek onward.
-
Giselle followed Tammy but kept an eye out for others. The silence was unnatural and she ticked after so much. She tossed her head and came face to face with a walker. She was about to scream but she stabbed a knife into its neck causing it to fall. She stepped on its head and heard the disgusting crack.
