    Lucifer hopped around the abandoned city feeling particularly good today. Despite the random happiness he was feeling, it had been a normal day. The lion had woken up, eaten and went to go bathe at the lake. Yet, when he arrived at the water's edge, he could tell that something would happen today. He wasn't sure that it would necessarily a good thing, but he was 88% sure that it wouldn't be something that threatened his life. Maybe someone else was having a good day like him. Maybe they were the something that was gonna happen to him. Who knew?

    [size=8]That something was, unfortunately, Imperialstar. The male was wandering through the territory when he heard the ripples of water and knew, instinctively, that his path had set him towards the lake. He despised the lake, the water, the feel of wetness; it was his biggest fear, truthfully, but it was more of a deep hatred than a crippling terror. His expression morphed into a scowl, and he looked positively broody as he came to stand a few metres from Lucifer, watching the water, before turning his attention to the apprentice nearby. Lucifer. It was an interesting name, definitely: that of the Devil. He hoped the boy didn't follow his namesake, at the least.

    The lion sat in the water watching his fur float about. He sat there for a few more moments before standing and walking out of the lake, not yet noticing the serval watching him. He shook out his body, one limb at a time, making sure to get every last drop of water. As he turned to walk back to the city, he was startled to see Imperial seemingly scowling at everything around him. "Gee, you really know how to give someone a heart attack." Lucifer breathed, jokingly. As he looked once more at the leader, he couldn't help but laugh at his angry look. "Why the angry face, man?"
