A few moments later, Bailee looked up at him and stood, walking over. She sat beside him on the rock, staring at the creek, smiling softly.
-
He shifted his hazel gaze over to her, his smile widening a bit."I'm glad you brought me here," he murmured softly, setting his hands in his lap."It's beautiful."
-
Bailee smiled at him "Indeed it is." She said softly, watching him for the moment, before she looked down at her own hands, which rested in her lap.
-
Tentatively, Gee lifted his hand and took hers, looking over at her."I'm... Really really glad we met again. And this time I don't want to lose contact with you, okay? Promise that once the concert is over and we leave you'll text me all the time." he gave a small smile, biting his lip. He knew they hadn't been gone long, and they still had a lot more time together before the sound check, but he wanted to make sure she knew.
-
She watched his gaze, with surprise in her eyes. But she smiled, her gaze softening "I promise." She finally said, gripping his hand tighter. His touch made her warm, and she very much liked it, she loved it. She loved being around him, she loved how sweet he was, and how passionate he was. He was perfect in her eyes.
-
He kept his gaze on her, just smiling. He felt the same way, she was sweet and funny and beautiful, and he just liked her a lot. What he wanted more than anything was to take a few weeks off and just spend them with her. Between touring, songwriting and music video shoots he just couldn't, and it sucked. For now he knew he should just be grateful for the time he was getting right then.
-
She hated to even think it, but she liked him. It was killing her, now that she faced the fact. She liked him a lot, and this hadn't happened in years, and she didn't know how to really feel about it. Maybe it was useless, liking someone like him, being on tours and being busy all the time. Bailee thought about it, but she just smiled anyway, she couldn't wait until the concert.
-
Gerard broke his gaze to look down at their hands, biting his lip with a gentle smile."So are we just gonna stay here all day?" he teased lightly, glancing back up at her.
-
"Well what do you wanna do?" She asked, tilting her head slightly, watching him. Biting her lip, she took in the brightness of his hair, she thought of dying her own again, but wondered what color.
-
He glanced over and caught her gaze, shrugging."Doesn't matter I guess. I'm happy just getting to hang out with you." he gave a gentle smile.
-
Her cheeks darkened with a blush, she stood "Let's get back to the car. I'm feeling a Star Wars marathon, aren't you?" She asked, smirking slightly.
-
"Absolutely!" he grinned, standing beside her."You remember how to get us out of here right?" he teased softly.
-
She scoffed "Of course I do." She turned and led him to the entrance of the small open space, stepping around the bushes and stepping into the trail. She looked back at him, huffing as a small laugh, before she continued walking back to the car.
-
He followed quickly, grinning like a goofball the whole time.
-
Bailee walked to the driver's side, getting into the car and turning it on. She shivered slightly "Shxt it's fxcking cold." She whined, turning on the heater after she turned the car itself, on. Once the heater heated the whole car interior ip, she exhaled, sitting back in her seat.
-
once he got in Gerard looked over at her and his smile widened, if that was possible, before he looked down at his lap and put his seat belt on.
-
Bailee put on her seat belt, stretching with her hands on the steering wheel and yawning. She then put the car in drive, doing a U-turn and heading back to Denver. She barely got any sleep the night before, maybe three or four hours, but that was it. She barely could anymore, she was so paranoid with having nightmares and shxt, it was awful.
Maybe twenty to thirty minutes later, Bailee pulled the car into her driveway "Here we are." She said, unbuckling her seat belt and looking at him. "I'm sure Haley's at work, so we should be fine with any complaints from her about blasting Star Wars." She added, smirking before she got out. -
Gerard laughed, unbuckling his seatbelt and stepping out of the car. He made little grunting noises as he stretched, giving a soft yawn as well."That's good at least. Woo, fxckin Star Wars!" he cheered childishly, walking around the car to her side quickly.
-
Bailee giggled, walking to the front door and unlocking it, stepping inside. She set her keys into a small bowl "Do you want anything to drink? To eat? I'm fat so I have everything to be honest." She said, going to the kitchen to grab a water bottle from the fridge.
