    another name change. it was a bad habit for the chief; her life changed, and so did her name. this would be her, what, sixth name?
    "hey everyone," she called out, glancing around. "i'd like to be referred to as myrlie from now on. i'd rather not discuss why." better to block off the questions before they're asked in the first place. and didn't want to discuss her dead children any more then she had to.
