Skyler jumped at Ashley, making sure to stay away from the others. To be honest, being so close to inkling that, just a moment ago, were at their throats. "You okay?" She was tempted to touch Ashley's sensitive legs, she didn't know why. "I know you can get through it, you've been through worse." She joked.
We warned you. Are you ready?

((Later in the roleplay, Pierce is gong to become the only one that Ashley actually speaks to. Is that alright?))
Ash nodded feebly, her eyes beginning to close again. She eventually lay unconscious.
Josh spoke up in the background. "One of you is gonna have to take her back to Cyan base." He smirked. -
Pierce nodded, looking at the unconscious girl. "Skyler right?" Skyler nodded, "Take her back." Skyler wanted to protest, but Ashley was more important that pride.
(Wait, like, not even speaking to Skyler or Ehren or Josh, even Bravo?) -
((Is that bad? She's not mad at them or anything. Maybe if it's absolutely necessary, she'll talk))
Josh smirked, hiding it from the others. I'm surprised Pierce didn't volunteer. It's pretty obvious...
Ashley felt her limp body being taken into someone's arm, then the rhythmic beat of someone walking through ink. -
(That's fine, but I think it might be a challenge. In other words, CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!)
Skyler sped through the ink as fast as she could. "Ashley? Are you in any pain?" She looked down sympathetically at her friend. "I'd miss you if you died, you know that?" -
Ashley couldn't answer Skylar, for she was unconscious. The damage done to her legs would keep her confined to a couch or bed for a few days.
"We should start packing up and heading over there," Josh said to Pierce as he walked over. With a mischievous tone, he added, "I bet you're dying to see your girl." -
Pierce had been trying to keep himself from blushing, but this comment pushed him over. He felt his face overflow with redness and heat. "N-no."
-
"You can't deny it," Josh snickered. "Plus, your face is completely red. That's enough proof for me." He glanced around. "Seriously though, let's go grab our stuff and head over.
-
Pierce diverted attention from the topic. "Yeah, I'll bring the stuff over to the battlefield, we should probably decide what to do with cya- our teammates."
-
Josh nodded, but that gleam was still in his eyes. "Ehren, come help me grab our weapons and supplies, will ya?" he called to the boy as he walked off.
-
Ehren was more than glad to help. It was more the prospect of seeing the other warriors again that gave him energy. "On my way." He jumped from the tree he had been in, landing on the ground and sprinting to his weapons.
-
A half hour later, Purple was geared up and heading out, leaving their former home behind. Their next destination was Cyan base. That team had dried up all of their ink so Purple could walk around without getting stuck.
Josh and Pierce headed the pack, a bit in front of everyone else. Josh took this as his chance to cause more mischief. "So, are you thinking about her?" he asked slyly. -
Pierce was blushing again, there was no way to deny it. "So what if I am?" He looked jokingly at Josh, "Not like we're on different teams anymore." The sound of the two teams becoming one was exhilarating. "Bravo is so much taller than me." He complained.
-
"Immediate change of subject: check," Josh joked. "And he is pretty tall. I think he's the tallest Inkling I've ever seen. He even towers over Ashley." He deliberately drew out her name.
Ashley lay, staring at the white wall. She had been confined to her bedroom, laying down, her legs unmoving. It was so boring. Multiple people had come to visit her. Camryn, Skylar, even Bravo. -
As the group sat, waiting, they looked at each other in boredom. "Wait." Pierce spoke at last to break the uncomfortable silence, "Do they even know we're here?" He looked around the group at the dumbfounded faces of his comrades.
-
Everyone was inside, oblivious to their presence. Ashley was alone in the bedroom, Camryn was longing around, chatting with Carter, and Bravo was polishing some of their weapons. No one knew they were there.
-
Pierce grunted and stood abruptly. "Come on then!" He pointed at Ehren, Josh and another warrior. "We gotta go tell them!" He sighed at his stupidity. "We've been sitting here because they have no idea were we are!" He began to trot away, beckoning the others to follow.
-
Ashley's room was on the main floor, so she heard a knock at the door. Ringing a bell by her bed, Camrynwas there in seconds. "What is it?" he asked worriedly. Ashley simply pointed to the main door across the hall, where the noise had come from. She guessed who it was, and her eyes actually brightened.
Camryn rushed over the door and opened it, coming face to face with the Purple team. "Oh, hi! Come in," he brewed. "Bravo, they're here!" he called down the hallway. -
Ehren burst past the others, tackling Camryn to the ground. "Hey!" He yelled, holding him in his arms. Pierce and the others looked down awkwardly. The freedom to love him without hiding made him extremely hyper. "We'll just leave you two." Pierce said, shuffling past the inklings.
-
Camryn smiled at Ehren. "C'mon! I have so much to show you!" They took off down the hallway.
Ashley sighed and rolled over so she faced the wall, the light dying in her eyes.
