Steelclaw shrugged his shoulders, "Maybe i should go."

"You can stay here if you like" Ripplefur meowed.

Moonripple glanced one more time at the strange tom, then disappeared after her mother.

Agatefoot relaxed when she saw Anglefrost playing with the thunder kits, "Good she's still here" Agatefoot meowed.

Steelclaw watched the she-cats.

Moonripple sighed with relief. Anglefrost was ok! She looked back at Steelclaw. " surely there's some emotion in you," she mewed good-naturedly.

"I'm feeling moderate," was his reply.

A loud yell came from the nursey. Then Agatefoot saw Anglefrost attacking a helpless kit.

STeelclaw narrowed his eyes.

Moonripple yowled in shock. "No, Anglefrost!" And she pelted at her clanmate.

Anglefrost cried after the kit was half dead and was fruatrated, "I'm sorry its just so hard to keep my anger in." She meowed looking as if she was fighting her true self.

Moonripple gently pressed herbs onto the kit's wounds. "You're a good cat, you know," the silvery cat mewed softly to Anglefrost.

"Moonripple I have to leave I I can't control my anger I must go" She meowd.

Steelclaw snorted, "I'll say."

Anglefrost gave him a cold stare.

Steelclaw shrugged it off and padded away.

Moon ripple sighed. " if I had my way, I'd make you stay. But this is your decision, Anglefrost. I can't stop you." the she cat looked at anglefrost with sadness in her eyes

"I know Moonripple but, if I stay here I could end up killing someone important." Anglefrost meowed.

Moonripple padded to Anglefrost and touched muzzles. " I know I can't convince you to stay. May StarClan be with you."

"I will vist you every moon." Anglefrost meowed.
