SunClan competition and Sun Ball planning

    Current ideas:
    - The competition could be annual, ending some time in autumn (September?) with the Sun Ball. The competition would be between each branch, most likely.


    - A points based system (similar to Harry Potter, for those of you that have watched the film or read the books) where high positions award points to a branch when a character from the branch does something good for the clan (e.g. creating ideas...).


    - The Sun Ball could be held for the winners of the competition.

    i like the idea, reminds me of the sunball two(?) years ago! Perhaps all the branches could go but the losing branches had to prepare/host for the winner? It would seem very exclusive if it was only for one team. Also will everyone need to decide their branch before this begins?

    I think they would, but i'm sure we will be able to find a way for those without a set branch to participate ~

    Maybe to earn more points, each branch could hold mini events related to their branch somehow??

    That being said, we need a way so that it can easily be edited if someone isn't around. I would suggest using a SunClan sub-account, but i'll see what Leopard says <3


    I like the list so far, but a lot of them would need permission from someone beforehand. Also, we should try and give a set amount of points for each thing.


    Points thing

    If you don't want to use them, that's fine. I purposely didn't add points so you could decide. A masterpost or three branch posts would be good. If it was branch specific there could be more specific tasks, ie: military branch hold a weapons class//healing branch hold a herb collecting patrol//arts branch hold an art class

    I like a lot of the ideas, but a lot of it depends on getting permission for events and such <3


    As for threads, I was thinking of having two master posts for the event that would change for each year depending on how the competition works. That way we can make changes wherever we feel are needed. The first thread would show what can be done to earn points and you could request a high position to award or deduct points from a branch. The second post would be where the high positions could keep track of the totals for each branch and such.
