Michelle facedesked, groaning as the power in her flashlight ran out. Great, second night in a row, but surprisingly Freddy hasn't came either night. She sighed and sat up, pulling out her cell and calling up Sam, hoping he was awake. This was starting to get to her, since no one came after her.

  • The male groaned softly as his phone rang. He had just gotten home from his shift at the restaurant, and leaving the recorded message for the new night guard Michelle. He sat up and picked up his phone, checking to see who it was he had a sudden panic when he saw it was from Michelle. He answered "hello? Hey is everything alright? You usually don't call me in the middle of the work shift" he said scratching his head. He had woken up from sleeping when she called him, funny thing was that he fell asleep in his uniform, not bothering to change clothes in case he was needed at some point.

  • "Yeah, about that. Flashlight's battery ran out twice this week, and I haven't been attacked. Somethin' ain't right." Michelle responded, holding her phone with her shoulder to her ear as she wound the music box. She sighed softly and checked the vents, glancing at the desk. He was right, it was 3 am, she shrugged.

  • Sam scratched his head in thought, that had never happened to any of the NightGuards, not even Jeremy and he would've loved for that to happen. "Um...well usually the animatronics go toward the people, in this case...that's you" he rubbed his head. "Just...stay on the phone with me I'll be right there" he said slipping his glasses onto his face and putting on his security guard cap. It's not safe to go into the pizzeria after hours... his subconscious told him. But if something wasn't right he needed to help. Running his fingers once more through his black hair he stood up and left his home, getting into his car and driving to the pizzeria. When the flashlight dies usually Foxy will attack the NightGuard...I wonder if there's something wrong with his ai... Sam's scientific brain thought through this. Sometimes he fixed the animatronics, that's why he knew so much about them.

  • "The music box is still up, so they might think that nothing is happening." Michelle muttered, continuously winding the music box and checking the vent lights.

  • "I'd say there's something wrong with their ai's, usually the music box only keeps the marionette at bay...none of the others" he said as he arrived at the pizzeria. He took his flashlight from his car, along with something that would help if he got attacked. A taser. He opened the doors slowly and turned on his flashlight, the animatronics weren't on the stage anymore. He entered the hall that led to the office and clicked on his flashlight. "Um...Michelle...I really hope your looking down the hall right now..." He said, his flashlight shined down the hall. Where all the animatronics that stood there commonly would stand. He began slowly maneuvering around them, starting with Foxy.

  • Michelle turned and scooted her chair back to her desk, eyes widening at the hall. She ducked under her desk, vanishing from sight. That was quite a scary sight for the young night guard.

  • "Fascinating" Sam murmured as he slid past and through the animatronics. "It appears-" he shined his flashlight in Mangles eyes, "-they have completely shut off" he whispered finally making it into the office. "I could restart the system...but going by the amount of animatronics...that wouldn't be desired" he put a hand on his chin, blinking his pine green eyes. After his long moment of awe he looked down to Michelle and tilted his head, "hey, looks like it's alright, I'm not sure what happened though..." He murmured pushing his glasses up on his face

  • Michelle looked up at Sam, nodding slightly. She peaked out from under her desk, before she could hear the music box running out. The girl pulled Sam under the desk, making sure he didn't bang his head on the way down. She breathed quietly, listening for the sound of the Puppet.

  • Sam adjusted his glasses quickly and looked up under the desk. "The one working animatronic...why is it working?" He murmured. Sam was always the one who had no sense of fear but he was smart, he only contained worry and affection as emotions for the time being. He thought for a moment and pulled something out of his pocket. It was a small music box. "If worst comes to worst I've got this and a taser" he spoke using his free arm to pull her close to him. She was new and he knew she was probably terrified at the moment. Sam's calm demeanor might have helped with that, if it weren't for his own small shivers of fear he was getting.

  • The Marionette's shadow soon overtook the desk, the thing glaring around. Its gears whired as it began to walk around the room, trying to find the night guard that it knew was in the job. The being snarled before spotting them underneath the desk, it kneeled down and tilted its head at them. Glaring at Sam, it yanked Sarah away, growling. Sarah, being terrified like a bat out of h3ll, froze up as the Marionette grabbed her, her eyes widening.

  • Sam jumped from underneath the desk and glared at the puppet, knowing something that would work. With two of his fingers he started winding up his own little music box. "Hey marionette, you remember me? Yeah Sam you know the one that got away?" He smirked and adjusted his glasses. "Just put her down and maybe you'll be able to get me this time" he talked in almost a mocking tone to the animatronic. Those spindly arms and legs, it surprised the former NightGuard how it was capable of holding onto Michelle. He quickly and nimbly made his way behind it while it was distracted and checked the time. A smirk grew on his face.

  • Marionette almost immediately stopped, throwing Michelle off to the side. It turned around, screeching. It lunged at him, its white pupils brightening.

Sarah, by the force of being thrown and her head smacking against the wall, had been knocked out. The new guard laid limply on the floor after falling to it. Luckily, she did not begin to bleed. Hopefully nothing bad happened to her head.

  • Sam jumped out of the way and pulled out his taser. "I can fix you after this" he said waiting until the marionette lunged again to drive his taser into its chest. He shook his head as the creature fell to the ground. He adjusted his glasses and picked it's limp metallic form up. Just as he did the 6 a.m bell rang he sighed and held the puppet. He looked over to Michelle and rushed over. Checking her head and nodding. "Alright...I'll take you home and help you, there's no sign of internal injury except for the black out, I'll have to take mister puppet here home to" he said adjusting his glasses and taking a sticky note off of the desk. He wrote a message on it, The puppet had a minor malfunction, I'll be taking him home for repairs. Sam~ he slung the puppet over his shoulder and picked up Michelle, he'd take the back way at least that way was a faster way to get to his car.

  • Sam finally got to his car and laid her in the passengers seat, sprawling out the puppet on the back seats. On the way out of the parking lot he noticed one of his coworkers walking into the pizzeria, "hey Vincent" he called causing the male to look at him. "I'm taking the new NightGuard home, and make sure to tell management that I'm taking the puppet for some repairs ok?" "Alright, see you later Sam" Vincent said with that creepy smile of his. Sam didn't like him but they got along decently. Sam pulled out of the parking lot and started driving toward his home.

  • (XD Sam wasn't happy about that whole event "hey Sam looks like we may be brothers someday" "ok Vincent...wait a second what?")

    (Mini timeskip)

Sam had placed the Marionette in his work room that was filled with spare animatronic parts he would need to fix it. He had brought Michelle to his home so he could help her. And right about now he was doing the last step needed, which was apparently sprinkling some cold water on her face. He had checked for blood and trauma already and everything was fine by the looks of it. So he simply sat beside her and waited. Hai phone rang and he answered it.
    "Yeah boss?
    ....
"Yeah I took the Marionette, it needed fixed"
    ....
"I was there because the NightGuard called me"
    ....
    "What?"
    ....
"A plush animatronic what are you talking about sir?"
    ....
    "Mr. Winters found it?"
    ....
"Well it will make a nice gift someday"
    ....
    "Alright good bye sir"

He sighed and rubbed his temple. As he waited for Michelle to wake up.

  • (Well guess what! Its true! And no response to the other thread? O.O)

Michelle groaned softly, finally beginning to regain consciousness. She placed a hand on her head, feeling dizzy and having a migraine. She shifted slightly, placing the hand on her head over her eyes. "Agh....what happened?"

  • "I got Marionette to put you down" Sam said looking over to her. "Though his putting down isn't the same as mine so he threw you and I tazed him, but everything's fine now your just at my house" he shrugged his shoulders slightly and adjusted his glasses, figuring he'd better not tell her about the puppet currently being in his mechanical work space. "How are you feeling?" He asked gently putting his hand on her arm. His eyes showed fierce emotion through those glasses, usually he didn't have much emotion. That was known about Sam, the pizzeria job had basically broken him.

(Oh thank you for reminding me! I had a few threads to reply to so I didn't get to it, I'll reply now)
