The Reuniclus cried out happily, his arms bouncing up and down even faster than they usually did to show his glee. His eyes were closed that he was smiling so big. Once he was done doing his little victory jig he opened his eyes to look over at Katherine. That was when he caught her icy glare that was so cold it burned. He made a little 'eep!' noise, not expecting to see such a look. Even on a trainer that had just lost. Reiu didn't really know how to react to this. He hadn't seen such hostility in a person before! Well, the Pokémon did only know a handful of people. So instead, it gave a little wave with it's unnaturally large right hand.
"Reiu! You were amazing!" Henry called to his Pokémon. Since the battle was over he stormed onto the battle field, charging towards his Pokémon. Reiu turned around to face him and chirped happily again, floating towards him in response. The two, Trainer and Pokémon, collided into a hug that lasted for a few moments before Henry was helplessly saying with a hoarse voice, "I can't breath, Reiu!" The Reuniclus quickly let got of him, an extremely concerned look on his face. One of the points in Reuniclus' Pokédex entry was that he had very powerful arms. Henry placed his hands on his knees with his head tilted to the ground, taking in deep breaths. His head eventually flicked upward and he gave a grin, as well as a thumbs up. Reiu seemed relived and bounced around in the air again.
After Henry straightened up, he lead his Reuniclus off of the battle field. He wanted to make sure that if anyone else needed to battle that he wouldn't be in the way of it. "Okay everyone, come on out." He grabbed every Pokéball off of his belt, needing two hands, and threw them all into the air consecutively. They came out in the order that was on his belt. Metagross [Trevor], Gallade [Leon], Chimecho [Julia] and Swoobat [Maria]. Reiu was already out and he couldn't send out Gallifray, as she was fainted. He pulled his backpack off of his back and slid it onto the ground. He had a lot of things in there, not only including things he needed but things that his Pokémon needed. He was lucky enough to have grabbed a single Revive before he left his home. They had a few because there wasn't a nearby Pokémon center where they lived. He took the strange cube like healing device and pressed it into the Pokéball that held his Delphox. It slowly disinigrated into nothingness, but when he threw the Pokéball the familiar yellow, red, and white magical fox popped out with only half of her health revived. Her head flicked around, confused for a few moments before she saw Henry crouched by his backpack.
He looked at Gallifray and smiled, but her ears were placed down onto her head and her gaze was down to the ground. "Hey." He whispered, concerned as he stood up to the height of his Pokémon. "Why are you upset?" She made a few noises - akin to being disappointed that she lost. Henry quickly shook his head. "Don't think like that. You weakened the Lucario better than anyone else could, you were stronger typing then him in both aspects. We were simply unlucky that it knew a rock type move. You deserve as much credit as everyone else." His gaze swept over his Pokémon, smiling again. "Right guys?" Everyone made some noise akin to agreement. Delphox's ears perked up and a small smile came onto the psychic/fire type Pokémon's face. Henry gave a chuckle, "There we go!" He pulled his backpack over and he started rummaging in it. He summoned Chimecho and Swoobat over, handing them each a simplistic Poképuff. They both took it gratefully. But when it came to the others that were in battle he gave them one of the more complex Poképuffs as well as a berry that he had grown himself. One that didn't give any status condition relives, but one that filled the belly and was delicious. All of his Pokémon started eating on the side lines and seemingly chatting with each other.
He swung his backpack over his shoulder again and told his team, "I'll be back." Then he turned and headed over to his previous blond challenger. He caught her words earlier that she had cursed her Lucario with, and he was about to give her a piece of his mind. How dare she say those things to a Pokémon that worked so hard at what it did! It did wonderfully, being the Pokémon out of her entire team that was the most disadvantaged during the battle but skill K.O.ed one of his. He stood directly in front of her while she was holding her Pokéball, and icy glare was placed on his face as he stared at her. "What's wrong with you?" He started, "How dare you say something like that to your Pokémon! Especially Lucario out of all of them. She was the only one that was able to knock out one of my Pokémon, even though she was at the disadvantage greatly. It's obvious why you lost! You don't care about your Pokémon at all! Half of them didn't even obey you. If you don't understand you're Pokémon, you'll never understand how to battle with them correctly." He finished, at least for now. But he didn't walk away yet, his hands slowly clenching into fists as he did so. It seemed that he wasn't even entirely focused on the fact that he was accepted into the school now, just the rage that came from Katherine.
