    "Right..." Tianna answered, nodding slowly. "In that case... I suppose I'll use Misty, Pyro, and Veevee," she murmured, naming off her Vaporeon, Serperior and Houndoom. "Are mega evolutions forbidden?" she questioned, nervously fiddling with her Mega Bracelet.


    Next to her, Misty hissed softly, lashing her tail as she stared at Ignis. She obviously thought she could beat him due to type advantage, but that didn't always work out; a steel-type could be knocked out by a powerful enough normal-type. Tianna nudged the Vaporeon with her foot, trying to get her to cut it out.

    Alice nodded slowly. "Mm... Having a strong bond is important, at least to me." She smiled softly. "I think of Pokèmon as more of friends, family even. You know?"

    Vesper Starwatcher: Vesper shuffled out the door, holding the Umbreon in his arms. He wasn't sure who's it was, but until then he'd hang on to it quite literally. He let rocked it's back gently before turning the Kiren, "I heard their's a battle. Want to watch?" Magnolia jumped up and down in excitement at the prospect of seeing a battle. She was a pretty hyper Pokémon when it came to that.

    Kiren nodded, watching the Espeon leave as well as its trainer. The girl stared at Mongolia with a half hidden smile, finding the action amusing. The word hyper seemed to fit the description as she downcast her eyes a bit. It was cute and all, and a battle would've been nice, but the trainer didn't quite shake off a feeling she hated.

    (I was thinking of a *pretty small* plot, Katherine's Umbreon doesn't want to be her pokemon anymore, and wants to be someone else's.)

Let's battle!" Petting Ignis's back before noticing that Ignis's fluff tail was wagging back and forth, annoyed. Ignis was snarling, his fur bristled, awaiting a fight he'd enjoy.


    Umbreon watched as his trainer walked away, thinking if he should go after her...then again, he was never held like this ever since he was Katherine's pokemon, and he's been her pokemon since he hatched from his egg. Wagging his tail at the thought of watching a battle, he sniffed Vesper's arm before reaching up and licking his chin.

    "Right!" Tianna grinned. "Okay, Misty. You wanna lead?"


    "Pore pore!" the Vaporeon answered, nodding excitedly.


    "Alright then." Tianna took a step back, letting Misty come in front of her. She blinked, tilting her head at Alyssa. "Are you going first, or am I?" she asked, eyeing Ignis nervously. She knew Arcanine were powerful Pokèmon, considering her sister had bested her in battles many times with her own Arcanine. Still... Misty was strong. Surely she could at least do some damage to the Arcanine.

    [align=center][font=comic sans ms]Grinning, Alyssa turned to Arcanine and commanded, [color=black]"Sunny Day!" Knowing that it would increase fire moves by fifty percent and lower water moves by fifty, and also power up a certain move, Alyssa thought that a turn was worth all those advantages.

    Vesper Starwatcher: Vesper looked at Kiren's downcast eyes, "We don't have to go. We can always head to our first class if you want. Or go our separate ways." He gave a small laugh as the Umbreon licked his chin and he looked down at the Dark Type, "Or maybe we can find Umbreon's trainer!"

    Oh, no! She wanted to say, but words literally failed her at the moment. She shook her head, turning towards Vesper with a tiny smile. Why couldn't she be normal like everyone else? They could all talk and scream and everything she couldn't do, and she's been living that life for more years then she wanted to. She took out her note pad and wrote a quick message, gently pressing it into his hands. 'Class can wait, lets go see the battle!'

    Vesper Starwatcher: Vesper offered his arm to her in a gentleman fashion and murmured, "What ever the lady wants." He kept a firm hold on the Umbreon, hoping it wouldn't leave. He quite liked it. Magnolia jumped up and returned to her Pokéball, giving Vesper time to take his crush to the battlefield.

    Tianna narrowed her eyes slightly. "Misty, use Aqua ring!" she commanded. The Vaporeon let out a short, shrill cry, moving her tail like a windmill and spinning a circle of water around her. The water shimmered, then disappeared, allowing Misty to slowly regenerate health at the end of each turn. It was the end of her turn now, but since she was unijured, the veil of water didn't reappear.

    Umbreon purred and curled up...was he enjoying this than being with Katherine? He'd been her pokemon for years, but was never treated like this, and it hadn't even been that long. The Umbreon's red eyes now had a confused look it them.

    Kiren nodded, sliding her arm in comfortably after grabbing her bag and slinging it over her shoulders. She offered a small smile, sky blue eyes glinting lightly. She watched Magnolia return to her ball, but even better was the Umbreon that Vesper still held. She was curious to see who's it was, but at the moment she guessed it didn't matter.

    Misty's eyes went wide, and she tried to leap out of the way; though since the Arcanine was going so fast, he inevitably slammed into her. The Vaporeon gritted her teeth to stop herself from crying out, instead glaring at the Arcanine challengingly as she forced herself to her paws.


    Tianna's eyes flashed with worry; she glanced down at Misty, wondering if she was alright. As if in answer, her Pokèmon turned and gave her a reassuring nod.


    Tianna smiled softly. "All right Misty, use Hydro Pump!" she commanded, her eyes sparkling.


    "Vaaaaaporeon!" Misty cried out, charging her energy for a heartbeat before blasting the burst of water at Ignis.

    Vesper Starwatcher: Vesper swept off towards the battlefield, which wasn't even that far. He smiled serenely at the feeling of Kiren's arm tucked in his. It could be called the best day of his life. He nudged a door open with the tip of his shoes and they came out onto the battlefield. Vesper blinked, "Wow, this looks great."

    [align=center][font=comic sans ms][color=white]The door opening made Ignis turn, and cause the Hydro Pump to hit. Thank Arceus for Sunny Day, though. While most of the times a Hydro Pump would've been close to making him faint, it only gave off a small chunk of his health-not very small, but not big either. He was knocked backwards towards Alyssa, but quickly got up. "Do it again!" Alyssa said, causing the Arcanine to use Extreme Speed again.


    Umbreon jumped out of his arms, but stayed at his side. Much like a cat (except without the evil intentions) he rubbed himself against Vesper's leg. Yep, the Umbreon enjoyed this better than being Katherine's pokemon.


    Meanwhile Katherine was wandering the halls, searching for her Umbreon as her Espeon followed. "Where is that thing," she mumbled.

    Kiren nodded, watching the water pound into the Arcanine, but it quickly retaliated with an Extreme Speed. She stared a moment, completely in awe, before shaking her head and waving slightly. The room was brighter than usually, the result of a Sunny Day she realized, and smiled.

    "Misty! Look out!" Tianna yelped, her eyes going wide. She wasn't sure how many Extreme Speeds her Vaporeon could take from this Arcanine...


    Her Vaporeon yelped, flying backwards as the attack landed on her. She skidded through the dirt, landing at Tianna's feet. Tianna widened her eyes, fear rushing to her face; then Misty staggered to her feet, wobbling back and fourth slightly.


    "Misty..." Tianna gave her a determined nod. "All right, let's go out with a bang! Misty, use Surf!" she ordered, pride at her Vaporeon's perseverance obvious in her eyes.

    Henry bid the helpful Sharpedo goodbye, as he knew that he had many things that he needed to attend too. He wouldn't be able to head to classes or anything until he battled the one of the two entrance girls, either Katherine or Alyssa. The large black backpack that was hoisted on his back was starting to get heavy. He had carried it for miles as he walked to this school, so the weight was getting to him. Sadly he couldn't drop his things off at his dorm quite yet. Even though he had been assigned one, he'd only be able to reside in it if he actually won the entrance battle.


    Henry passed by two people that appeared to be chatting. One didn't talk much, or at all even from what he could see, rather passing a piece of paper to the boy that she was speaking to. While the other seemed more upbeat, though had an interesting mask on his face. He pondered why it was there, or if it was just some absurd fashion statement. They both wore black clothing - they seemed to fit together pretty well. Friends most likely, or possibly even more. But the bit of talking that he picked up in his left ear from the boy, made him realize that there was another entrance battle going on at the moment. He wondered with which girl it was. By default, he'd probably have to take on the other one. But that really depended on if they had multiple fields - which he didn't doubt that they did.


    He continued walking on, not even passing by the two since they were quickly on their way. To see the battle it seemed. At least by this Henry would know what direction to go in when the time came for him to do his own. He paused for a few moments, letting the group of two get farther ahead before he started following. He didn't want to seem like a creeper, because this wasn't his intentions. Rather he needed directions for going about this school.


    Something distracted him from his mission of finding the battle field, though. Out of the corner of his eye down another hallway he spotted a girl with bright blond hair. He stopped for a minute and furrowed his eyebrows. Something about her was oddly familiar. After taking a few confused moments it clicked in his mind. The features matched the one of Katherine, one of the entrance battlers, which he saw in the schools brochure. Taking this into account it had to be Alyssa that was battling at the moment. Would Katherine be his opponent then? Most likely. Noticing the look on her face she appeared to be trying to find something. He pondered what - and with the situation it seemed only seemed proper to speak to her.


    Turning his direction he began walking towards Katherine. His hands were tucked into his pants pockets with the tips of his leather gloves sticking out of the top. His blond hair covered most of his left eye, being that was where it naturally fell and he'd have to bring it back quite often. Reuniclus was still floating happily beside him, it's arms out as if it were offering a hug and a opened mouth smile on it's face. Reiu was finding this experience fascinating, exploring a new place that they were going to be living at for a while. Reiu had no doubt in his mind that his trainer could win, because he would win for him. They were a strong team, the two of them. "Hello." He said simply at the beginning, giving a small nod of greeting. Stopping not to far in front of her he began to speak, "My name is Henry, Henry Dodge. I'll be challenging you for my entrance battle." He began, keeping it basic and quick. There was no need for a lengthy explanation, she probably already knew this fact anyway. "But first, are you looking for something? Do you need help?" He offered, tilting his head a bit. Being curious about different things like he usually was. [/fancypost]
