  • [fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 415px; text-align: justify; font-size: 10px;] the kitten was taking a break today; no chasing birds, no getting dirty, just relaxing. surprisingly, pippa just naturally claimed a spot underneath that small tree and laid on her side, legs churning slowly. a cool breeze came by and stirred dirt and feathers, even knocking a nest over with eggs. crunch! her head turned towards where it fell, and huffed before picking herself up and trotting over there. she would rest, sooner or later, sometime next week perhaps.

"hey pippa. what'ya doing?" lannie would ask, his tone friendly as usual.[/fancypost][align=center]

  • [fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 415px; text-align: justify; font-size: 10px;]her head lifted to see lanchester approaching, to which she nudged the nest over a bit for him to see. “hi lannie," she purred, “how long have you been standing there?" perhaps he'd seen when the nest fell off the branch, or maybe he just came up. shaking her gray and white head, she then gestured towards the object with a flick of her tail. “well, i was minding my own business when this fell. it just happened, and i'm wondering if any eggs came out. wanna help?"

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width:362px; font-family: georgia; color: skyblue; text-align: justify][hr][sub]"not very long, i just came back from hunting." he would murmur in reply, observing the feline through soft icy blue visionaries. at her gesture, his gaze shifted to the fallen nest and he tilted his head slightly to get a better view. so a nest had merely fallen from a tree at random, sparking the feline's curiosity and making them wonder whether or not there were eggs. truthfully, lannie wasn't quite sure how eggs would even survive such a crash. although, there was still a possibility that they somehow landed on a more softer substance, whether they had fallen out of the nest or not. "sure." lannie said with a brief nod. perhaps if the eggs had fallen out, they could look around to see where they might have went.[/fancypost][align=center]
