    Loki is a handsome, well-built horse with long, powerful legs, strong forequarters and hindquarters, and a lean, muscled build. Though not equipped with brute force, he has a fit physique built mainly for speed and lightweight in flight. His glossy, short coat is of the purest black, black as night itself. An arching neck leads to his sculpted head with two sharply pointed ears held forwards and always alert. His eyes are dark and soulful, glittering with pride and intelligence, cunning and mystery. Loki's mane is long and as black as his coat, and his tail almost touches the floor when he walks on his large ebony hooves. With glorious, spreading wings that shine with a glossy, oily iridescence similar to that of a starlings, he is perfectly equipped for flight and every part of his body contributes to his excellence in the air.

    Enigmatic and mysterious, this Alpha radiates confidence and strong leadership while having an aura that is intimidating and unknown. He can be rather unnerving to approach and speak to, with his height and stance and fathomless oculars, and once he speaks he expects everyone to listen. Rather commanding and dominant in nature, he is proud and often unwilling to accept help, and will rarely offer it. Loki is possessive of his herd and will do anything to protect it, willing to give his life to save it if required. True to his name, Loki is mischievous and partial to playing tricks, with a sarcastic sense of humour and a troublesome habit of joking around in times not appropriate. However, he knows that with great power comes great responsibility, and with his cunning, keen intelligence, confidence and determination, no other is more fitting at the role of Alpha in the Pegasus herd.

    Loki has a dark past, one of suffering and loss. He was born with a Pegasus mother, and a Dol father. Fortunately, he gained the appearance and attributes of a Pegasus, and nobody suspected anything. He lived with his mother Silver in the herd peacefully until he was two years old and his Dol father, Draco, came to take him into his own herd. Loki's mother and father got into a fight where both died and he was left orphaned and alone. Fortunately, he was adopted by a herd mare, who recently was killed by his half-brother, Mordecai, who's father was also Draco.

    ooc: rubycatangel : We do need herd members for the Underwater Herd, if you're interested. I just want everyone to be fairly okay with the rank they're given, because I don't want to start role playing and have people become inactive due to them being unhappy with their rank. ;)


    @Invisible & Jackdaw & Stormie: Okay. Earlier, I discussed making Invisible's character the Alpha. Stormie, you were wanting to choose between any possible suitors within the rp, if I remember correctly. Jackdaw, you have just made a form, also hoping to claim the Alpha. Personally, I like Stormie's idea of choosing within the rp, and that would start you three up with immediate plotting material, which (hopefully) would help keep the Pegasus herd active. But since I don't play Orion, Loki, or Stormie's character, I think you guys need to decide amongst yourselves what you'd like to happen. Also, Stormie, I don't think you've finished the form yet, so you'll have to finish that before you begin role playing. Hopefully, we can work something out that all three of you agree with.

    ooc: JACKDAW : I know, I'm a bit confused, too. I'm waiting for Stormie to reply. I might move Loki out for now, but then, she might end up liking Loki as the Alpha, and then I could keep Loki in that position. But then Invisible would probably be upset, because I know I already discussed the Alpha position with her, though we never really decided definitively whether we wanted Orion (Invisible's stallion) to be the Alpha. It's all very confusing. Stormie was the one who came up with the idea to choose after we begin role playing. For example, maybe your Loki and Invisible's Orion could be vying for the chance to become Alpha, and then Stormie's mare chooses. We could explain that by saying the old Alpha died suddenly or something, so the Pegasus Herd is left without an Alpha, and Orion and Loki are the two best suitors. I don't know.

    narrow yet well proportioned head with a slightly convex profile; her eyes are expressive -when she desires to let emotions show through anyhow- and hit at the intelligence she wields, her ears are well set and near perfectly proportioned, her nostrils are are good size, allowing Cheyanne to drink in large amounts of oxygen to fuel her movements. Her neck is thick and arched, the muscles easily noted with a very long and thick mane, leading down to we'll defined withers which then melts into nicely sloped, powerfully muscled shoulders connected to a very broad, deep, and muscular chest that grants her bountiful strength as well as allure. However, an old injury revealed by a jagged scar etched deeply into into the flesh of his left shoulder often causes her movements to appear a bit stiff when overworked or during the chilling winter months if she allows allows for them to get too stiff. Though Cheyanne is granted this well muscled body she lacks in the speed and agile part of things. She has been patient and worked on getting better but still she is more brute strength than a speedster.

    I believe that everyone should be treated equally, and that those that are weaker than we do not deserve to suffer because they are not strong like us, because we as the strong are meant to protect those weaker than us, not let them suffer or die out. Also, the only people that I believe should not be treated equally are the ones who try to harm others on purpose, whether it is via a physical attack, or trying to mess up their lives in some other way, like mental, emotionally or by other means. I can be very protective over those to whom I develop an attachment. Aside from all that, I try to lend a helping hand or crying shoulder wherever it may be needed.

    Cheyanne had been born from the parents of two healers and had been surrounded by herbs and knowledge of healing properties. So it was no surprise when her parents died that she had taken over the healing. The first two years were rough. She had lost two horses in the wild winter and another to sickness. Though she has gotten over it there is still a small part of her that would like to not go through that again. Other than that nothing has become real interesting in her history so i guess that is it.

    Beautiful and short pure white fur, with a long flowing mane an tail as well. Her eyes are a wonderful shade of blue, almost like that of the cleanest oceans.

    Juliet is a reserved young mare whom is very difficult for most to read and understand. She is like a book with no words on the pages. But, where there's a book there's a story. When you break past her bully-like barrier that consists of sarcastic comments as well as bland jokes here and there, she's a pretty nice mare who enjoys turning a dire situation into a more upbeat one, though she does take it seriously whenever she acknowledges she must do so. She takes her merry time examining situations and understanding them. And you do not decide when you are considered her friend, she does. It's incredibly rare she will speak up unless needed. Though very quiet, she's very bright and a rather skilled fighter. Once you get close enough to her she can be loud and outgoing, even clingy and protective. She would do anything for those close to her. She's also the type of mare who enjoys any physical contact with those close to her. Not in a weird sort of way, mind you. She just enjoys knowing they are still there. From poking to bumping shoulders, even a playful nudge from someone she considers a friend will leave her feeling more confident and just a little more relaxed than before.
