A trip to the old Oak Mansion (Rp Thread)

Roselin woke up and stretched. She took a quick shower and got dressed. Today was the 3rd year of her friend being missing. Hopefully now they decided to go after her rather than wait until her return. Roselin grabbed her bag and ran out the door to the school.

Abel lay in his bed on his back, staring up at the ceiling waiting as minutes passed by, knowing that he should get up, but his body refusing to move an inch, that is, until his alarm clock went off, causing him to sit up instantly and blink the sleep out of his eyes before reaching over to his bedside table to take his glasses, slipping them on his face before hitting the button on his clock to stop it from beeping incessantly. Just another morning. He yawned, swinging his feet off the side of the bed and rising to stand, facing the window, which was covered by dark curtains. Sliding them open slightly he looked outside and instantly realized something. He turned his head to look at the clock, now completely awake. He must have set his alarm wrong or something last night because it was late, nearly an hour late. He cursed loudly and jumped over his bed, sprinting out of his room and to the bathroom, whipping his glasses off as he burst through the door, much to his sister's shock who was brushing her teeth. He got in front of the mirror quickly, moving her out of the way as he did so, and started to frantically put his contacts in, and attempt to make some sense of his mess of hair before rushing out again, back into his room where he quickly striped and redressed into his school clothes, buttoning his shirt wrong in the process(although he didn't really notice). He then made his way downstairs, slipping past his sister on the way as she went back to her own room. Without delay he got his and his sister's breakfast ready, setting them down on the table and quickly scarfing his own down before going to the door, calling out to his sister upstairs that her breakfast was ready before grabbing his bag and leaving the house, making for school in a full on sprint. The thing was, it's not that he was running all that late for school, if he had been his sister would have already been out the door, but today he had wanted to get there early so that he could meet someone before school. In his rush he passed by one of the members of the club, but didn't really notice them as he went by.

Rose walked to school silently looking at the people walking to school and all the noisy cars causing traffic. She sighed and took out her phone and got on the clubs website to see if anything changed. Rose shrugged when she didn't see anything. It was still about 10 minutes before school started so Rose went to the club room. The halls weren't that crowded at this time so getting to the club was fast and easy. She walked into the room and set her bags and stuff on the table. She saw Mathew sitting at the table. Rose sat down by him and looked at what he was doing. "Hi Mathew."

Rose nodded seeing the laptop and what he was writing. "Hey I heard that today has been 3 years. How is that treating you? It must be hard." Rose took out a notebook and flipped threw it looking for info she got on the manor. "I found some stuff about the manor. It seems like it can be easy to get in and it doesn't have much security."

Abel slowed his pace as he got to the school, breathing heavily as he tried to catch his breath against a wall outside the school before finally deciding to pull out his phone and check the time. It was too late to meet up with who he was planning to meet with, but too early to just go straight to class, so he decided to go to the club room in stead, sliding his phone back in his pocket as he walked inside the building and made his way to the club room. When he opened the door he saw Matthew and Rose already inside, and supposed that he wasn't the only one with the idea. "Hey guys." He said with a slight wave as he sat himself down in one of the chairs that was in the room, stretching his legs out. It was pretty obvious that they were talking about something, and he had walked in in the middle of a conversation. "What are you all talking about?" He asked looking from Rose to Matthew.

Rose looked up to see Abel walk into the club room. "Oh hi Abel. I got here a few minutes ago. I was asking Mathew what he was doing and how it has been without his sister. Can you believe it has been 3 years?" She closed her notebook and threw it onto her bag and leaned back in her chair thinking. "I wonder if the school will let us skip classes for a few days to see if we can help Faith. We just can't give up Mathew."

"Huh, three years." You'd think if there was anything to find someone would have found it by now. Abel said, the last part internally, not really wanting to beak Roses false hope. It's just that it had been three years, and sometimes you just needed to know when to quit on something like this. Although he supposed the others would have had a more personal relationship with Faith than he had. He looked as the teacher walked into the room and gave a slight wave, looking at the video tape. "Talk about an out dated format..." He commented. "Wonder what this is all about."

Rose looked back to see the teacher. "Hey Teach." She waved then turned her attention to the video tape. "I wonder what it could be about and why it was sent to our club?" She thought about what it could be then shrugged.

Rose pulled up a chair near the tv and sat in it backwards as Mathew got the tape set up. "Does it say who it is from? Just in case we didn't see that."

"Wouldn't dream of it, Vespy." Abel said, a smile on his face as he made a gesture towards one of he chairs so that he might sit down. "We just go delivered a tape, care to watch it with us?" He asked, leaning back in his chair so that i was on its back legs.
