  • Shadowrose ignored her and yelled " You two were whispering to each other, I can understand you wanting to stop his bleeding, but cats only whisper if they have something to hide and I think I know what that something is!"

Thirdsong’s tail lashed once. “I asked him why he left ThunderClan – happy?” she snapped, hoping this half-truth would make Shadowrose leave them alone. She’d been so close to getting an answer from him!

Thirdsong lifted her chin and remained silent as she watched her Clanmate. The shallow scratches on her back were stinging ever-so-slightly, but she ignored the discomfort and waited for Shadowrose to speak again. Technically, Shadowrose had nothing to go on – last she’d checked, whispering to a loner or bringing him cobwebs for a wound wasn’t a crime worthy of exile or any type of punishment at all.

Stepping back, closer to Darkpelt, she mumbled, “Fine, that wasn’t all. I wanted to talk with him alone, and I still do.” Turning, she broke into a graceful run, heading away from Shadowrose and silently hoping that Darkpelt would follow. She couldn’t remain there, feeling so guilty – and just moments ago, she’d felt so free. It was rather sad, in her opinion.

Finally, she stopped and sat down, quietly lowering her muzzle to brush it over the petals of some wildflowers that grew delicately around the roots of an oak. Glancing around – she’d wound up near the river – she felt herself relax in the peacefulness of the situation, watching, waiting, and hoping for Darkpelt to come.

  • darkpelt growled a last time at shadowrose then turned to run after thirdsong, ignoring the pain on his side. when he got to her he meowed "now what was is you were asking me?"

“I asked if you… if you have feelings for me… like… like I do for you,” Thirdsong breathed, her words barely audible as she spoke to Darkpelt’s paws rather than looking him in the eye – a first for Thirdsong.

“I have to choose, don’t I?” Thirdsong meowed softly, her eyes filled with hope, joy, and delight, but also with worry. “Between staying with you and staying in ThunderClan.” The light blue tabby and white she-cat did honestly feel something for Darkpelt that she’d never felt for another tom, but she couldn’t – wouldn’t – live a lie. In her heart, she knew it would be Darkpelt or ThunderClan – never both.

  • "of course you can choose. but dont blame me if i visit " darkpelt purred and rubbed his muzzle on her cheek

“No, I can’t live a lie. It has to be you or ThunderClan. I can’t have both,” Thirdsong meowed quietly, her voice trembling, yet somehow still calm. Lifting her chin slightly, she looked Darkpelt in the eye and meowed, “Will you always remain a loner?”

Thirdsong shot him a quizzical look. “Er, what?” she meowed, thoroughly confused. A Clan of loners? That sounded interesting, to say the least. The light blue tabby sat back on her haunches, rasping her tongue over one paw and drawing it over her left ear.

  • "my friend blazefrost over there is also in the clan. he's the leader actually. It's not a very large clan yet though...."

“Where do you live? Do you have a territory of your own? And are you anti- or pro-Clan, as a whole?” Thirdsong asked quietly, putting off the inevitable: she had to make a choice, and give up either Darkpelt or ThunderClan – for good.

  • At the moment we live in the loner lands but we come to thunderclan territory often. We're not anti-clan, so i guess we're pro clan."

Thirdsong looked quietly at Darkpelt for a moment, meeting his eyes. She hesitated for a moment before finally meowing, “I’ll come with you.” She stepped closer, aiming to gently brush his muzzle with hers as she blinked slowly. With four words, she’d just changed her entire life. And she suddenly realized that she was now officially a trespasser on ThunderClan’s lands. “When can we return to our Clan’s lands?” she asked quietly.

“Now..?” Thirdsong suggested softly, blinking wide ocean-blue eyes at him. “I’d rather not be caught by ThunderClanners now that I’ve made my choice.” She looked at Darkpelt, as affected by him as he seemed to be by her, and wondered vaguely if they were now classified as ‘mates’ – the term had always been rather obscure to her.

OOC ;; Could you tell me about the Clan? Like, it’s name, so I can edit that into her information?
