Darth awoken as well, he was so used to being nocturnal that it was fully different to get such a full and energy storing rest. Though while he arched out his arms in a stretch he opened his yellow eyes and did a low laugh at her complaint.
"If only." He added sarcastically and squinted from the sun as he was starting to sweat from the heat until finally pushing her off gently, standing up and glancing to notice there was no more smoke from afar unless his vision was failing on him from just awakening.

Rayne sat up after Darth pushed her away getting the picture. She rubbed her eyes to clear her vision before stretching her arms above her head. Rayne looked over as well to where the main land was seeing now smoke, that brought a smile to her lips. " No smoke atleast...I just wonder how much was burned" she said as she stood up dusting the sand from her body.

"Probably a lot.." Darth cringed and lowered his head to look at her as she stood up near his height. Though he now got the aftershocks from not filling himself last night as he grumbled under his breath, flipping his black hair out his eyes and glancing among the terrain looking for something atleast not fish to feed on.
"Hey breakfast at last." He sarcastically remarked while walking to the sight of a large crab, picking it up and holding onto the pinchers as he showed her it with a humorous chuckle escaping him. -
Rayne frowned abit thinking about the burnt forest but Darth changed when he picked up the crab. " Well he would be a nice little meal if you can stomach eating him raw like I do. We kinda don't have a fire or anything to boil him in." Rayne looked up into the palm trees spotting coconuts. " If you want we can eat those" she pointed up to them high in the palm tree.

Darth sighed. She was right there was nothing to use for placing a fire from how small this island seemed to be only a few meters. But he glanced up curiously to where she pointed and his smile turned to a frown as he forced himself to take a bite of the half-alive crab but end up spitting it out in disgust.
"Yuck! And I'll rather stay happy as a carnivore, my princess." He stammered from the taste while shifting into his wolf immediately to devour the crab much easier than he thought. -
Naomi started to laugh at him, he knew how to cheer her up that's for sure. While Darth ate his crab she went over to where her clothes were hanging, putting them on. She figured Darth seen her half naked enough for one day. " Hmm what creature is large enough to carry you while I fly. " she was thinking out loud.

Darth finished eating the crab as he gave his black flank a shake staying in his form while wandering nearby Rayne, suspiciously when he heard her outloud question. It gave his tassel a swift wag as he brushed himself steadily against her knees, playful groans escaping from his strummed vocal cords until responding in a steady glistening bark.
"A dragon? A gryphon? Anything!" He tilt his cranium always liking the feeling of being high above in the heights as being a daredevil. -
Rayne looked to him as she started to pet his fur. She started to laugh at him when he was throwing out ideas. " How about a hippogriff?" Rayne walked over to the ocean shore line before looking back at him. " You'll want to be in human form to ride trust me on that one." Rayne looked backed to the ocean as she shifted her form. Her new form of that a beautiful hippogriff with horns.

Darth never heard of such thing as it just made him more curious. At her advice, he immediately transitioned back to his human as he growled a little since he kept on changing on the shortest times where it started to make him sore.
'Whoa..." He noticed the appearance of her as he was surprised and slowly stepped forward. She could change into combinations?
"That is awesome! Can't wait to ride you now." He laughed out and contemplated her closely. -
Rayne walked over to him, you would think having for legs and the two sets being different like would be hard to walk on but she made it look it didn't bother her one bit. She nudged him with her beak before she laid down moving her wings out of the way so he can climb on easier.

OOC: Ok If I don't respond a lot today is because I'm gonna be at a beach lmao
Darth made himself extra cautious as he placed his hands on her spinal then used all his weight to lunge upon her. A deep cheerful sigh escaping him as he steadied himself upon her and leaned forward to not fall once Rayne takes flight. -
OOC: I'm jealous! I wont get to go to the beach till next year for vacation if everything goes alright.
Rayne looked back to Darth making sure he was ready, seeing he was she slowly stood. She flapped her wings a few times to stretch them before she suddenly took off running down the beach and with a strong jump to get them in the air they were off. Rayne let out a loud screech for fun.

IN: Darth immediately howled out excitedly once she tooken in the air while he no longer hung onto her but now lifting his arms into the air gleefully. It was such a different experience when being up above as he glanced down at the ocean below and the small island they were just at. Having such vast areas, he chuckled more when she screeched.

Rayne enjoyed the fact he was having so much fun which gave her an idea. She started to ascend high into the sky up to the clouds. She flew there for awhile before suddenly started to dive back down, it was a rush for her. As the ocean water got closer and closer she spread her wings out to slow her descent as she came inches from the water, that she flew along now.

Darth was no longer holding onto her but now howling out once more in joy.
"Whoaaa.." He grit his fangs when she almost came in contact with the ocean below to make him immediately hang onto her scruff but sigh in relief that they weren't going anywhere near it. But now he could see the land before time and little amounts of smoke, it burnt through his nostrils like paint as he grimaced in disgust. -
Rayne flew over the burnt land looking down below there was nothing left for miles. She knew in the back in her mind this was how it was going to look but she truly wished only a small part of the forest was burnt not all of it. She circled around abit longer before landing in the middle of the burnt forest.

Darth watched the surroundings of the beautiful area start to fade and turn into a dark and ashes forest where there was no life in the nature but burnt trees. A sly exhale of a chill ran down his spine got him once she landed as he slowly unsaddled from her, standing straight and glancing around the area.
"Wow..." He widened his eyes and crossed his muscular arms over his chest curiously, glancing down at the terrain that was all made of ashes as he kicked it around to notice it was from corpses, coughing and stepping back astounded. -
Rayne shifted back to her human self...well kinda she actually kept the wings. She looked around as she folded the wings against her back to keep them out of the way for the time being. "Those heartless bastards killed everything..." Rayne grabbed a hold of Darth's hand trying to steady her shaking from her anger.

Darth didn't flinch when she grasped onto his hand harder than usual. He was used to it since he always found her holding onto anything upon him. Glancing over his shoulder, his voice lowered to be unsteady but somehow encouraging in different ways it could be heard as he kept his eye contact within hers.
"They sure have, you're lucky we weren't here to see it happen." He wrapped his left arm around her waist and pulled her closer to his side. -
Rayne looked up to him, her anger just seemed to melt away he had such an effect on her. Her gaze though fell to back to surroundings of the now lifeless forest. " I have to find a new place to hide and call home now." starting over for her was no big deal just more difficult specially with winter not that far away.
