  • [fancypost bordercolor=transparent; width: 400px; text-align: justify]The young wolf's callused paws crashed into the white sand beneath them, the grainy substance infiltrating his multicolored fur. He couldn't help but scowl at the feeling; the sensation could match that of maggots squirming out of one's dead body. Not that he really knew exactly what that felt like, but he felt he had a decent enough idea.

The lingering scent of an unfamiliar group collided with the agender canine's senses. He pricked his dark ears forward, his cerulean nose twitching. What drew him to the border, not even he knew for sure. Curiosity played a starring role in it, however other mixed emotions joined in.

Finding where he assumed to be the invisible scent marker, the collected creature took a seat, furling his tail around his blue paws in a cat-like manner. He narrowed his split-pupiled optics, waiting for someone to question him and his mannerisms, as they did so often.

  • [align=center][fancypost borderwidth=0px; height: auto; width: 325px; text-align: justify;][sub]» » [color=#436a89]"Welcome. I would like to know your name, and purpose here please." Barked she, walking over with a blank expression.

  • [fancypost bordercolor=transparent; width: 400px; text-align: justify]The wolf's odd eyes took in the form of the femme, picking her apart -- every little fur, every move she made, he looked for. From her blank expression to the rises and falls in her voice, he searched for. He was a very robotic, systematic creature; he analyzed before doing anything rash.

Deciding that she seemed decent enough, he picked his gaze back up to meet her own. "I am Voidheart." He began, his voice cool and smooth. "I wish to join." The precise and calculated statement seemed almost rehearsed or mechanic. He said nothing more, nor did he move an inch as he waited for her response. Most clans had an auto-acceptance policy, so he held this group to the same expectation.

  • [align=center][fancypost borderwidth=0px; height: auto; width: 325px; text-align: justify;][sub]» » "As you most likely may know, we have an auto-acceptance policy here. If you would like a tour, please let me know." Dipping her head in greeting, she continued. [color=#436a89]"My name is Kaitlyn, a Sentinel of The Insignia."

  • What strange eyes. The dark serval stepped up alongside Kaitlyn and regarded the wolf-like creature with curiosity. It was abnormally tall, the blue markings were a strange addition and those eyes made him stare in wonder at how they worked. It seemed to have two pupils.
Hal nodded at the creatures words and gestured with a paw toward the inside of the border, "Then welcome to the Insignia." He echoed the female's words in his own gruff tone.
Voidheart would be correct in that, yes, they had an autoaccept policy which made him wonder why anyone even bothered waiting at the border anymore.

    ic:
"Welcome to the Insignia. My name is Christian Parker, here to answer any questions or concerns you may have." The dog found that far too many members of groups or clans stated their rank next to their name. He wouldn't be doing that, seeing as he found it pointless to say to a joiner a word with, to them, no meaning.

His thoughts were in tune with Hal's, and he couldn't help but stare. He'd never seen such a creature before but he had to admit, it was pretty freaking cool. "Hello and welcome. My names Ryker, it's nice to have you here."

Alright, welcome, I'm Lifelessons. She grinned crookedly, seating herself.

  • [fancypost bordercolor=transparent; width: 400px; text-align: justify]Voidheart listened to Kaitlyn's spiel, expression unwavering. As he had expected, joining proved to be a breeze. It was a tad unnerving, though; that meant anyone could join. Traitors and people out to get him. Not that there were many people out to get him; he was just a rather paranoid creature and couldn't help but think that, just maybe, he was the target of some underground assassination group.

The agender wolf blinked the thought off as more members of this group -- the Insignia, it appeared -- gathered around to greet him. His odd optics landed on the second creature to arrive; he didn't give a name, only welcomed to him to the group. Void offered a dip of his head in greeting, feeling the serval's gaze on him. He supposed he was a sight to behold -- the lanky canine with abnormal colorations and eyes that anything but ordinary.

The appeared Christian, who introduced himself just as Kaitlyn had, save for a few minor differences that didn't matter. He gave another decline of his cranium in silent greeting towards the younger collie who, quite like Halcyon Days, seemed rather interested with his appearance.

And lastly the femme -- Lifelessons. She didn't seem all that interesting, except her appearance was also rather different. He bobbed his head again before resting his gaze back on the group in front of him. A smile tugged at his lips, however there was no emotion behind it.

"Thank you all." Voidheart began, picking himself up and shaking grains of sand from his wiry fur. "It is a pleasure to meet you all." He continued before glancing back over at the first one to greet him. "A tour is unnecessary, however thank you for the offer." My, my, what a polite creature.
