The kitsune was certain to leave the Rebellion's territory and try to ensure that none of her clanmates decided to follow her. Her ghoulish nature was driving her to desperate measures, and she did not want anyone she cared about to be caught up in the chaos. Shifting from a tiger-sized kitsune to her original silver fox body, the ghoul set her sights on a loner with the scent of no particular clan. It would be bad to feed on an ally or neutral by accident, or stir the anger of an enemy even more.

Thankfully, she knew how to kill quickly without much or any use of her kagune. She did not need powerful forms to take down 'easy prey'. Silently and quickly rushing her target, the domestic male never saw anything coming until blood sprayed and stained the grass. Touka could not help if it was messy- she needed to eat. Violet eyes turning a bright black and red, the canine fed quickly, knowing that the smell of death could easily attract unwanted company- such as scavengers, clanners, or other ghouls. And quite frankly, she really did not feel like sharing for the moment.

    The feline was starving.

Everything tasted disgusting, no matter how much he tried to eat normal food. The more he has attempted to, the more acidic and unedible everything began to taste. He had hunted a mouse in a last attempt, though the meat tasted rotten and had a rubbery texture. He didn't know what more to do, realizing that the domestic couldn't eat normal prey. He has also conjured a human dish, a hamburger, but that hadn't gone well either. He had vomited the wretched meat out, not being able to stomach any more foul food.

Kaneki had been out of a stroll, not paying much attention to his surroundings. Before he knew it, he had been much farther out than expected. The half ghoul had never thought he'd find himself in a territory other than The Badlands. About to turn around, Kaneki stopped instantly. A smell lingered in the air, something appetizing for once. Something that probably tasted delicious.

He had sprinted over quickly, his eyepatch loosely hanging from one ear as he turned to the right and accidentally swung it off his left eye. It revealed a soulless black color with a crimson iris, just emphasizing the fact that he was craving what smelled so lovely. Finally reaching the unknown object, he put up an excited face.

Quickly though, it faded into pure horror.

There stood an unknown female eating out of a dead body as blood sprayed the ground beneath. He backed up slightly, his ears flattening. Kaneki felt disgusted, though a part of him wanted to jump up and devour what was left.
