plot
my main charrie, sam, seems to repeatedly get on threads that end up dying at sign-ups or a bit into roleplay. i have no idea why this is but i figured i would just make my own thread and try to somehow make this work. if this doesn't work i'm just going to pretty much go back to animal role-playing and way less human role-playing. anyway, that was just a quick note, you're probably here for the role-playing.

so, sam and girl A are the two main peeps. everyone else in this thread are basically NPC's and can be roleplayed by either of us. onto the plot -> this is located in south korea, courtesy of my obsession with k-dramas. no, it's not recent, i have been obsessed for a whole year. XD anyway, i would prefer girl A to be korean as well but if she's not i guess it would just be mandatory for her to be able to speak korean. yes, this roleplay will be in 'korean' because they will be in korea. but no, you don't have to go to google translate. we will still be speaking english, everybody in the roleplay just won't be. unless they're a foreigner.

sam and girl A don't know each other, but are across each other in their rooftop houses. girl A is like any typical girl in k-dramas, kind and nice to others but rude to the guy she 'likes'. she goes to the same rich school as sam but her father is in debt and loan sharks have shown up at her doorstep. luckily, this girl has survival instinct and pretends to not be home, but that doesn't stop the sharkies from banging on her door as hard as they can. this in turn wakes up sam, across the rooftop, and he gets up to go see what the commotion is about. i mean, it dared to wake him up.

Personality:
O is quite the observer, constantly keeping an eye on everyone and everything however he seems relatively normal. He talks an average amount and seems relaxed and noncholant about most things, though don't be fooled, he is angered easily. His personality is a direct result of gang behavior toward him, hence his protective nature of mainly himself, since he has no one left. Orion doesn't have a clue what some things are- like per say, a 'feather duster' or 'laptop' are. They are confusing new things to him but he luckily picks up on it quickly due to his high IQ. Normally he has a rude tone and does weird things, like gaze at someone for strangely long amounts of time, or try to randomly start walking backwards. He's never had much room before either so he may just start running out of no where. This is a 'different' part of his personality that just comes out, showing him to be a clueless goofball, even if he has no idea what a 'goofball' is. (He knows plenty of things about this world but some newer technologies, discoveries, and some non-essential words are sometimes not in his vocab.)

History:
Since Orion was kept in a dark room for most of his life, he didn't really know what humans were supposed to act like when he got out. But let's start the story from the beginning- O was a sweet kid living in a little cottage with his loving parents until one day. This is where the story gets shady and it only gets worse from here. He was then kidnapped and taken away to a lab, his family presumably dead, as far as he knew. Since O was a kid genius and at the top of his class and even two grades higher, he knew what was going on and was as scared as any child would be. He wasn't tested on, however, as you would presume a lab would do- he was just left alone. Making interactions with robots that came in, he named the lady one 'Talia' and the other one 'Rufus', the names of his parents. Talia brought him food, took his clothing out of his room, and cleaned everything in general. Rufus taught him- martial arts, language, history, and math. During teaching the room was usually barely lit and that was for two hours every day. Otherwise, he was in total darkness, alone, only to recieve his meals and sleep. This persisted for years until he turned fifteen, which was when his chance arrived. The door was finally unlocked one day, only due to a impudent assistant, of who Orion was thankful to. He managed to scrounge up some horse sterilizers, actually meant for him, and went on a spree of stabbing to get out of the facility. Of course, everybody was asleep save a few who happened to have been hit in major organs. Oh well. Life's like a box of chocolates and you never know what you're going to get. He had watched a movie once where the main character had said that, though it had been a long time since then. And however much he had seen photos of his species and videos, he wasn't prepared for the outside world. To him, there were so many like him, just all different and unique. This fascinated him for the longest while but a tougher problem loomed over his head and that was hunger. He had made it into a big city and now he wasn't sure what to do with himself and ended up getting picked up off by the streets by a gang, one that sheltered him and took him in and protected him. He started developing a personality from then on forward and he realized the pit in his stomach that burned was actually anger and that what he wanted was revenge. Therefore, he now has several accounts of first-degree murder on his hands and several assault cases for those he didn't get to yet. And vandilization of property if you count how he demolished Talia and Rufus. Everything was pretty much done with his bare hands since he felt that would be proper.
