  • The assassin looked down at her and grinned slightly, before looking before him again. He sighed soft, coldness arupting from his nostrils. His head tilted up, and he closed his eyes slightly, narrowed. Silence followed, showing him thinking harshly.

  • I shiver, It's so cold... The sun was sinking, but I was too troubled to look at it. I knew the night would be cold and harsh, I must make a warm den. I notice a small hole under the roots of a tree nearby, and pad over to it. I sniff it, only the smell of earth. I squeeze inside and curl up, my warm scales feeling like the sun on a hot day. I close my eyes, hoping to get some sleep.

(I'm going back to camp on Tuesday, for ten days! I'll miss you! :3)

  • (NOOOOO.... D: Ill miss you too!!!)
    -
The sun cried long, basking its beauty and light out onto the earth for a while, before it set, raising its life to no end- only to abrupt the coldness of a shivery night, and the moon- basking a new differ of light; one that last only of coldness in the earth.. So cold, so cold.. Crickets chirped in the night, singing a beautiful lullaby even in the harshest of weathers and to bright only the night-most of feelings to the surround-ments, where all was calm, cold-- different...
The icewing fluttered his wings, fluttering down on the coldness of the land with a silent 'thud' on the ground below him, as he raised his snout to the moon that lay in the sky before him slight. 'Ah...', beautiful... The night sky shown all of whom colors, happiness sprang in different ways here but it was here in even the cold, harsh lands, the moon abrupt. The Icewing fluttered his wings, a long cold husk escaping his nostrils once more as he breathed deep, and then letting it silently escape himself.. He turned, his beady eyes staring deep within the forest, and a thought escaped his mind. He shivered; of course- not from the coldness of the land, but of the deafening night, spent alone in harsh winters. He shook, fluttering high and away into the branches, a small shriek sounded, pretty unnoticed- obviously, waking no one. He then fluttered down, a squirrel-like creature trapped dead in his locked jaws, held fiercely together around the helpless creature, soaked in its own blood.. He snorted, quite silent, and dropped it before her den. He lashed his tail slightly, feeling the coldness sweep over it. To him; thought, it probably felt nice in the cold night time; even. He swiped some snow over the most-part of the squirrels dead body, and left a tiny bit of it poking out- enough to hide the scent of passer-byes, but enough to leave it where she'd notice it. He snorted, and turned to face the moon once more, fluttering out his wings.. His head drooped slight, and he looked back, his face almost sad- but instantly remade with a unreadable look, hasty, thought. He fluttered his wings, having another last look at the moon before disappearing in its light- in the forest, somewhere, about, obviously trying to find something else.... Possibly.

  • She raises her head, and listens. The soft breathing of her guardian outside, and the flutter of wings as he flies off, the soft rustle of leaves, the singing crickets, the boot of an owl. All of this makes the beautiful lullaby nature presents forth, beautiful and tranquil. The music draws her to the entrance of her den, where a piece of prey is stored neatly under the snow. She smiles and stashes it in her den, thanking her guardian for his care. The music draws her back out side, tonight was cold and crisp. She thinks about going back inside until she sees the beautiful night sky. She flutters her wings and flies into the night sky. Her diamonds twinkle like that of the stars, until it seems as if she were one with them.

  • It wasn't long intill the sun rose, basking its beauty over the land once more. Then...
"Hey, hey!" Said a familiar voice; Kea- running up to you quickly, "Have you seen him?" She asked, eyes wide, "he disappeared-" she said, whipping her head around in all directions to look- quite obvious, whom she meant.

I watch the sun start to rise, my eyes glittering with delight. I had followed the Icewing a bit torward the end of the night after eating my meal, but I was still a long ways away. I start as I hear the voice of the second Icewing, Kea. "I'm following him now." I reply, fluttering my wings. I had only just stopped for a rest.

  • I like that name!!)
Kea gasped thought, "He isn't anywhere thought! Ive been searching for a while and I cannot find him!" The sides of her mouth plummeted. She looked around and pointed to a shape away-s away, "Whats that?" She asked, pointing near thee ocean. She began to trot over to where the shape was, looking back now an again to reassure herself that the Hybrid was following her. "Whats your name?" She asked; obviously curious of whom the name had been given to her as. She then fluttered her wings slightly, cocking her head slightly up to view the cold basking's of the sky, which even seemed to reflect the light atmosphere of the snow below her talons. She lifted off, fluttering slightly in the shifty breeze that flew her over there quickly, and she basically nose-dived, "The dolphin!" She exclaimed- but then remembered something, and looked closer. She cocked her head back up and looked over at her, "you didn't eat the dolphin; no," she said, looking back down at the caress, and moving closer to glare at it. "Mudwings..?" She asked, rising her head. "What would a Mudwing be doing here? Is a Mudwing actually here- erm, erm.." She said, beginning to struggle with her words as she through a new-kind of panic. She shifted, glaring another ways away, "Whats that?" She said, repeating a word before, and trotting up to her softly. "My friend, go check the opposite way for clues, ill go west; you south!!" She declared, already taking off another way; quick and agile.

    IC:
I follow silently, but start when she asks my name. "I-I don't remember..." I stutter, hanging my head. I don't speak for awhile until we come upon the carcass of the dolphin. I nod my head and walk in the opposite direction of Kea, lowering my nose to scent. I come across a paper scroll on the beach, how strange, and open it. On it, is a sketch of me. Here's what it said:
Missing female dragon. Age, fully grown, but small in stature. Cactus green with yellow glowing diamonds. If found, please return to either Seawing or Sandwing territory. Responds to the name Giliath.
I freeze. "Kea! I found something!" I call, starting to shake. I couldn't believe that I was fully grown, and not some dragonnette! How could this be! And who put this here, and why!

Kea flinched, jumping about a 'half-mile.' She swung her head, and looked over, bounding over excitedly and partly scared. She blinked; and duck down to read the scroll. "Ohhhhh", she said, her eyes still fluttering side to side as she glanced at the page of scroll. "Giliath, that's your name! Nice name!" She smiled wide, as if the name didn't mean 'strange', perhaps. She fluttered her wings softly, folding them out direct, and then back in to comfort herself slightly. She then froze, as she heard a voice behind them. "Oh goodness, Lei, you scared me to death!" She announced, swinging her body weight around as she moved and plopped to a sit. "What do you need?" She asked him, cocking her head to the side slightly. Lei smiled, and opened his mouth, saying something no one could hear- but apparently, Kea understood. Kea swung her head, "Lei here needs me to help him, ill be back, Giliath!" She announced, and bounded after him, and they disappeared into the cold, icy view.
"What are you doing with my scroll?" As a unfamiliar voice, which sounded behind Giliath, of a older-male. He grunted, and snatched it from her. "You shouldn't be here;" he said, pointing to the scroll. Scanning it with his eyes, the older-male-Mudwing soon said, as he pointed to small writing at the bottom of the page, "300 COINS, as a reward for bringing back this being to the Skywings..." He then viewed up at her, clicking his talons together and grinning. "Maybe I should bring you back to the Nightwings; they'll give me double!" He announced, his head swinging slightly up in pure agreement. He then reached up, like he was going to smack her face, but then concluded and swiped her talons; knocking her off balance, and regaining a form of position, upon standing over her and pinning her down; his huge talon grasping her neck harshly.

    OOC~
Kind of sad; considering if she doesn't remember anything she doesn't remember fighting tactics. D:

I flatten my ears, I'm actually fully grown! I get lost in swirling thoughts, not even noticing Kea come and go, and the new dragon even talking to me. Be fore I know it, I'm swept off of my talons onto the sandy ground. I flash my yellow diamonds rapidly in fear, and raise my fatally poisoned stinger. "Get any closer, and I'll inject you with my poison." I snarl, hoping against hope that the poison would be affective.

  • YAY! Sorry for late response, was quite busy.)
    ---
The Mudwing smiled a mile wide, and then reached out and grabbed her by the mid-tail, she was defenseless. "Lets go." She said, as if he were talking to someone else, in a "were-not-doing-anything-wrong" kind of thing. She turned around to meet a face. A unhappy one. But calm.
One that belonged to none-other then the assassin.
"Hello there; Mudwing. What are you doing with that?" He asked, as if he didn't have the ideals to call her a proper name. The Mudwing grinned, "None of your concern, Icewing. This is coming with me to the Nightwing territory, where I can have some money for my bills," he declared. And began to step away to fly off, but the assassin reacted fast, and send a sharp bite towards his maw, grabbing it easily, and the Mudwing in shock screaming out, an tried to fling him aside- dropping Gilliath, and moving aside quickly- thee assassin held on, and ended up flying up in the air swiftly- as he held on, he sent a long scratch along the Mudwings neck and chest, and then let his grip go as he was flung up in the air- shocking to be, he sent open his wings and fluttered straight up... Backwards. He then opened his muzzle, and shot a huge ray of cold winds, almost fully ice, and froze the Mudwing in his place. He then shot down, as the Mudwing was frozen, his talon extended before him- and broke the mudwing as his corpse dropped.
He shifted, and landed in ease, staring unblinkingly, and unemotionally at Gilliath. He then turned, and simply began walking away un-flinched.
Kea then sounded, "Gilliath! Gilliath!" As she began running up to her again.

    IC:
I snarled as he grabbed me by the tail, but the dumb beast had forgotten to muzzle me. I bit down and tore at him, knowing full well that my guardian was standing right behind him. I land gracefully as I am dropped, then shoot up beside the assassin to aid in attack. Quick as a flash, almost unnoticeable to the naked eye, I swing up my tail and stab the mudwing under the chin. My poison turned out to be extremely fatal, and worked very fast. You could see black streaming torward his chest, until it touched his heart. At the same time, my guardians icy blast had hit, the mudwing was poisoned as well as frozen. I watch as my guardian streaks down and shatters his corpse. I land lightly next to the assassin, kicking away a shard of corpse as I do. I keep my gaze from him though, readying myself for being scolded. My ears perk as I hear Kea calling my name, and I grow fearful, for she could be punished for leaving me unattended.

  • Kea slid to stop as well as Lel; whom still hasn't spoke a word. "We couldn't find him" she said, meaning thee assassin. Whom, was currently away and gone. She raised her maw, looking around once more for her eyes to land on the Mudwing- "Erm; what did I miss?" She asked, looking at the Mudwing whom had stood no chance. She sat down on her haunches, as well as Lel did, quiet and quite unnoticeable.
