Esme's eyes widened at his statement but couldn't respond as he ran off back to his mom. She walked up to her mom and smiled, as if nothing had happened, "How'd the chat go?"
Gray huffed and rolled his eyes, "That was boring, I'm gonna go check up on the other kids." He quickly told Miah, licking her forehead before running into the house and shifting.
Miah sighed "Sorry about that...He doesn't mean to be rude"She said before saying goodbye.
Shelby and TOm bowed before running off into the woods. "Well...all that was said doesn't matter...Only the outcome. Im going to work hard to bring the pack together again.."She said "How did your little date go?"She teased slightly to distract from the boring adult things.
Leo had gone up to his room to just have some quiet time to think before he would go back down to Maddie. He was sitting on his bed looking u at the cieling.
Gray quickly put some clothes on and went into the living room, but quickly stopped when he saw Maddie alone. Weird... He quietly backed up and went up the stairs instead. There, he walked down the hallway until he reached Leo's room. Gray gently knocked, "Can I come in?"
Maddie was sitting on the couch, almost dozing off from boredom.
Leo sighed and got up and opened the door for him "Hey dad...Whats up?"He asked as he went back and sat on his bed. Although he was trying his best to be sociable he really wasn't in the mood.
Miah sighed "Do you want to try and sleep in the woods now?"She asked.
Gray went over and sat on the bed next to Leo and smiled, "The stars... How are you?" He joked around, trying to enlighten the suffocating environment.
Esme nodded, as she didn't get too much sleep last night, it should be easier.
Leo rolled his eyes with a smile. He sighed "Im good...Im alive..Im healthy I can walk..Its a lot more than some of us so I should be greatful"He sighed.
Miah slowly walked towards the woods "I am your mother..I know when things are different...Do you like Tom?"She asked quietly.
Gray frowned at his comment, "You are grateful, you just don't know it." He told him, trying to cheer him up. "How about you and Maddie go out for a small date? I'll drive you two into town and you can have a bite at that family diner."
Esme almost tripped over her own paws at her words, "Mom- I'm only like...(How old are they omg)!" Her ears laid back as she turned to the direction of the lake, as that would probably be the best place to sleep.
Leo sighed "Dad she can barely walk..And I will be scared t death of anyone who walks past us...then she would have to call you to pick us up and it would ruin everything..."He said talking about the worst scenario "Im sorry..It was a nice idea..but my heart is beating faster...just talking about it"
Miah sighed "Still" (I have no clue shall we say...13..14?) She watched her closely before she went towards the lake..She felt the souls and was trying her best not to cry..she walked up to the small patch of flowers and laid down.
Ooc: Alright, that would make Leo and Maddie there old af. (Like 17 xD)
Gray frowned and put his hands in the air, "Alright, alright."We'll just have to bring it here then. No humans, just the two of you and a friendly waiter." He smiled, knowing Maddie and Leo both needed the break.
Esme shook her head and laid down next to her mom, "Alright, I'll try to make this quick..." Esme quickly said before closing her eyes and drifting off into sleep (after like 7 minutes).

Leo thought over it "..Your the best dad"He said happily before hugging him he didnt care if he was 17..he still loved his dad the same although it had taken him a while to get over the fact he was a murderer. He sighed "I...I really Love Mads..Like the kind of love you and mom have...I want it"He said.
Miah just nuzzled her before falling asleep beside her after a few minutes. She knew if there was a threat she could make sure Esme made it out alive first.
Ooc: We need to create a new threat for this young couple because having to play so many damn characters is haaarrddd.
Ic: Gray smiled and hugged him back. "Good, that means you don't have to go through heartbreak." Memories of Gray's ex girlfriend being murdered ran through his head. think of sam and dean. He's not a murdered xD
Esme gasped awake. She was in human form, and the ground around her was all shades of graynot 50 and black. She looked over to her side where her mother was, but she wasn't there now. Guess I'm in my dream. Thanks for making it feel so realistic.
OOC: How about we just abandon...Miah and Gray. But we can include them at times..But just ditch them for main story things..Although I love them dearly and I often re read this thread..And we can focous on Leo and Esme...a new generation.
Leo smiled "Yeah..well I helped you pick out a ring for mom al those years ago...Maybe you can help me?"He asked since he loved her so deeply he just wanted to spend all his time with her. But then the nerves set in again and his eyes went wider and his breathing grew faster "...D..a.mn.."He muttered rocking back and forth trying to breath.
We can create one for both Esme and Leo(considering they have their own love stories and plots), and leave this thread to just grow old. *tears* the beauty... But I totally agree

Leo just shook his head "Does it even matter dad?"He smiled wide watching him seem so happy. He sighed "Please....now...Please! Dad I know shes gonna be my mate..forever..Ok I can feel it inside here"He put his hand on his heart "I wanna show her...that shes all I need...that shes all I ever want and that I love her truly"

Ic: q-q "Son..." Gray puts both hands on his shoulders before taking a deep breath, "Let's go to the store!" He was already bolting out the door grabbing a few things and then almost tripping down the stairs.
Esme started walking around, and for about three minutes she found nothing. But then, the light appeared. It was just a ghostly figure of a wolf, it was scratchy like her drawings when she was younger. "Hey!" She shouted, getting the attention of the wolf. It started walking out in the middle of the lake, near the trunk that theybeck and her had sat on.
Leo smiled wide and followed him before he went over and Kissed Maddies cheek seeing that she was sleeping "Sleep well Princess"He whispered before walking out to the car. He made sure the doors were locked at least. Keeping her safe

Gray finally drove out of the driveway once Leo was buckled in and in no time, they were at the store. He pulling into a parking space and turned the engine off, quickly getting out of the car and locking it. Gray was bouncing on his feet from excitement.

Leo was over the moon he wanted something that said Maddie. He watched his dad before the car stoped "I have no idea...what she would like..."He sighed as he unbuckled himself "Maybe something purple..."
Beck watched from afar he knew that she seemed lost but he didn't know what to say. His ghost like image was then Joined by a smaler slimer wolf...Isabel. Isabel watched her warmly..She had only seen Esme when she was a baby and now she was so grown up.

Esme threw her hands in the air. Whose the wolf in the middle of the lake? IS IT TOMS FAFAFA?! OMG great idea me! She didn't know what to do, but she also knew better than to give up. Esme went up to the waters edge and closed her eyes, imagining herself walking across the water. She took another step, and then another. When she opened her eyes to check she was going in the right direction, she was surprised she was actually walking on the water. A small laugh escaped her but it quickly ended with her shrieking. Esme fell into the water, her 'power' wasn't strong enough and she couple only control it by focusing on what she wanted to do.
Oh god....I know I was actually crying so much...But thats just..A..bit of y past best left forgotten))
Leo followed and sighed "Purple...Dad.."He said o remind him what he thought she might want. He was nervous as his mind was thinking hard about everthing.
Beck looked at her "Don't rush little one. You are many steps away from who you shall become"He said wisely. Kyle slowly walked to her. The only wolf who seemed less ghost like "Its ok.."He said quietly raising her up to the surface "You...You met my family today...How are they doing??"
