General::
-My art is not to be used for anything outside of personal usage.
-When used, credit must always be assigned to me.
-You are not to remove my watermark from my art pieces.
-Recolouring of my work (Unless lineart) isn't allowed.
-I will always have the rights to ask you to remove my art piece from any site/signature/ect if you have no paid for it or it was not gifted to you.
-My art is never to be claimed as your own.
-None of my art is allowed on sites like 'Whirled' or 'Worlize', paid or not.
Commissions::
-Payment is to be given BEFORE I start your commission.
-I have the right to reject a commission if I feel uncomfortable.
-Refunds are not to be given once paying unless I have failed to complete your piece.
-You are free to do as you please with the commission once it is done and handed off to you.
-You may sell my commission art if you plan on selling the character i have drawn for you.
Gift Art/Linearts::
-Gift art is not to be sold with characters or gifted to another user.
-Gift art is intended for the user it was drawn for originally.
-Any linearts I give out are able to be modded slightly.
-My signature should remain on the Lineart.
If my TOS is failed to be followed, you will no longer be allowed to use my art at all/commission me and will be reported ASAP.
