  • Oc: naw its fine, and precocious? My goodness you use words I would never even THINK to use to describe Marcus XD
I swear Wes is wearing blue lipstick in his picture, am I the only one who sees that?
IC: "I do not lean against the wall and brood all day!" He protested. "I've only been doing it right now for about...." his voice trailed off. He couldn't even remember when he started leaning against the wall. He hastily stood up and finished his tea before throwing the cup over his shoulder. It dissapeared in mid air. "And I'm sorry I'm not enthused about wasting my time on a rooftop that we were supposed to go to that nothings even happening on!" (Did Marcus break the fourth wall? You decide)
Oc: Decided to play Marcus slightly off character for comedic effect, lemme know if it worked or failed)

  • (HAhalarious! Suddenly out of character chracters is usually pretty amusing, especially if someone's super serious and then turn into a ridiculous idiot because they are affected by something like a spell, mysterious plant, or drug/alcohol. And yeah, Wes probably is wearing lipstick and has blue nails because that's a picture of Kaito, the vocaloid. And if there's any character who would break the fourth wall, Marcus is probably at the top of the list in this RP.)

Tallulah rolled her eyes. That was one of the main things Marcus had done since she'd met him. Lean, sulk, criticize, and suggest things that were actually pretty good ideas most of the time. And have a weird sword, and drink tea. That about covered it. "I never said you didn't have a good reason for your lack of enthusiasm. I'm not exactly a happy camper myself." Tallulah said, albeit not that loudly. "I'm one of the first people who questioned us all sticking around here."

(aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhm I off character? I dunno. I'm too lazy to go back to Tallulah's bio. But it's very possible that I am going off character and making her much to sassy. Don't even care. Not even bovered. I'm above it, though. Seriously, not even bovered!)

  • "A temple is a fantastic place to raid." Cash agreed with a laugh, knowing grin conveying the story he didn't have to articulate. Truth be told, the Thief had never full on attacked a temple, just scavenged mostly abandoned ones. Borrowed a few gold-plated candlesticks. He shifted focus to watch Tallulah trade sass with Marcus, amused at the slight rise she'd managed to get out of him. The Plague Child stretched his arms above his head, letting out happy sigh as a few vertebrate let themselves pop. He flopped backwards, sprawling on the rooftop in a seemingly carefree manner. His violet-flecked eyes found a certain watersoul, chuckling at her latest comment. A happy camper wasn't the term certainly wasn't the term he'd use to describe the caravaner. "Hate to interrupt this saucy conversation," He Suddenly interjected, twisting his head to cast a give them a small smirk, "But, seeing as it's kind of pointless, I'm gonna try and not feel too bad."But what would you have us do? Ms. Water? Marc?" His gaze flicked between them both, charming smile still on his features. "You both say you'd rather leave this area, but too where?" He lifted an eyebrow, hair slowly falling out of place, "I can understand why you want to leave Marcus, its pretty obvious your pretty, pale skin can't really handle this much nature." He paused, turning back to the sky, "But we all heard the same voice, and it came from the same location: here. That's no coincidence." His words came it an open manner; no patronizing undertone, he genuinely wanted to hear a concrete proposal. "We're a sitting target, even I can pick up on that, but is splitting up again the right way to go?" He crossed his arms behind his head, enjoying the breeze, carefree demeanor remaining unchanged.

  • Oc: your probably right in both cases XD
Ic: Marcus scoffed. "How should I know? What was that cliche thing they say, I go where the wind goes?" He frowned. "Doesn't really describe me." Marcus always went with a purpose, the most common being assassinate, steal, or help (rarely). Technically he was a mmercenary and while he was one of the best, many did not like to hire him due to his disregard of orders and the fact he had turned on his employees more then once just because he was paid mor, which was why Marcus did not consider himself a mercenary. "The point is anywhere except here is better isn't it? I don't care about some voice, it was probably some person playing a trick." He shot a disdainful glance in Cash's direction.

Oc: I figured he was a vocaloid by the mic

  • The vibrations were starting to get weaker, despite Rachna keeping up as best of his abilities. If this kept up, the trail would easily be lost. He needed a signal, a sudden shift in movement or even the slighest mistake. The latter got granted with a heavy thud on the earth, sending a powerful shock in the direction the were already heading. "Well, she isn't hidin' too well, so that's good." he exclaimed to Avril, who he could barely make out between all the nature. Not soon afterwards he found a burn mark, obviously from Flamey Girl.

Rachna tried to concentrate once more, trying to pick up anything. But everything was silent, no vibration or sound he could make out. "Stop for a sec, something isn't right..." He squinted his eyes and slowly began to creep around the burned spot. She could have continued to run, but some part of his instinct told him 'NO'. Maybe it was the lack of vibration now, maybe it was a strange smell he'd never smelled before. Or maybe it was this strange hotness in the air, making him, combined with the running, sweat profusely.

  • "I think it could have been some super scary evil entity, but it was probably a distraction. It lured us away from where it wanted to be. SO, we work backwards until we're somewhere we think an intruder would like to be in the castle. It could be that we have a not-so-nice line of dead guards to follow, with all the time I've had to waste with small talk." Tallulah told Cash. "Are you ready, Naomi? Got your... Ehh... Rods? Raider? Ready to head out?"

  • That's OK this thread should've died by now since the owner is horribly inactive (has this been a week?. I've lost track) but were REALLY dedicated to this thread. We've been varying on a plot less small talk scene for three days now. Alfheim should've planned for this, it was tolerable at first but now its like the time when your date stands you up, your all ready to go eat out and she never shows. That's what this is like people. ALFHEIM PLZ GET ON WE NEEEEEED YOU.

  • [Just to let you guys know, I'll probably hardly be on this weekend. My sister is coming home so I'll be really really busy. I'll probably only be on in the early morning until this coming week is over. Sorry this is pretty rushed. Gotta get to bed since I'll be waking up early to go to the airport.]

The beastly changeling shifted to a halt, grunting as she did. Her head tipped to the side, what was the matter? "Did something happen? Did you lose her trail?" She questioned, almost venomously. She felt highly impatient, the faster they snagged Nayru, the faster everyone could be on their merry way back to the castle. There were important tasks ahead of them, and standing around wasn't one of them. Avril was sometimes very unfriendly as a beast.

  • Oc: lawl das okay me and Marcus will be twiddling our thumbs and drinking tea waiting for the plot to advance. Its gotten to the point where I'm writing a back story for Bergen and his forming of the High court and why its been so successful in maintaining the universal balance, and how its slowly been corrupted (which is what I plan to be the chief reason of Bergen resistance against the Dragon children, since lawful holy deity would never attack a group of people trying to correct an age old mistake and righting the balance of the universe). Yeah its gotten to that point, I'm surprised you guys aren't doing the same stuff. Maybe I'm weird like that, or maybe I just don't (and won't) have a life until school starts on the 13th (yay *sarcasm*) and omg I think this my longest OC post and I wish to stop but theres more I need to say. One time this thread I was on was so inactive at a point I write an entire story based on my two oc's that's like 5 pages long. I'm also thinking of making a spell guide for would be dungeons and dragons fan or people who don't know how to role play a mage or what the heck a fireball is. Lotta things I never thought I'd get done are getting done through sheer boredom, though with World of tanks out on xboks one I don't know how much longer production on these things are going to go. OK that's the end of my rant please up vote, bump and thank you very much. *sips tea* and to make up for it Marcus has a statement to make;
Marcus: I hate you all and this is a waste of time and the only thing I love is tea and other things which I shall not discuss with barbarians like you, get out of my sight.
Thank you Marcus, but only 'barbarians' use a comma to paraphrase a statement that should be a separate sentence (...Barbarians. Now Get out of my Sight.) #shotsfired

  • Ooc: F'real though Flames, I feel you ;-; the small talk going on right now gives me time to work out Cash's angsty history though, so that's a plus I guess cx

    Ic:

Cash met Marcus's disdainful glance with a cheeky smile, saluting as Tallulah went on to round up her teammates, including the new one, Ms. Naomi. He let his attention travel to the Metal Soul one last time, still uneasy on the aspect of her loose power being in the line of fire. Then again, she seemed to be in control, maybe there was nothing to worry about. He nodded before placing his palms on the ground, using them to propel his lean body up to a standing position. In a flash he was beside Marcus, slinging an arm over the Dark Child's shoulders before said man had time to stab Cash repeatedly. "Looks like it's you and me again Marc! " His smirk told of his his wily manner, though he knew the Man potentially could and might filay him with a knife. The Thief let his small attention span shift again, gaze seeking Void out. Both her teammates were nowhere to be found. He inwardly chuckled, debating whether or not to call the ThunderSoul up seeing as they were down a certain Dragon as well. "Hey! Frills" He ended up calling in her direction, becoming quite fond of the nickname, "Looks like you're down a few men, luckily, you have me. Oh, and Marcus. But moreso me. "

Alari looked at the group of people and laughed. She had a pendant and swiped her hand over it, a scythe appeaing in her hand. "So you are the so called dragon souls," she said in a mocking tone. SHe approched them, a smile grin on her face.

  • Oc: ugh I wanna make a post with Bergen but I don't want to because I mopght violaet some rule with alfheim or hichigo no don't fairy tail we can't continue without alfhiem, though I say we mutiny and advance the plot even if it might earn alfheims ire,

The post was edited 1 time, last by Flamestriker ().

  • [I don't see anything wrong with advancing the plot a little. Hichigo and Alfheim are nowhere to be seen anyway.]

She cringed at the nickname, "Frills". The Thunder Child balled up her fists, almost ready to go into a long rant, but she released as soon as Cash finished his sentence. He was suggesting she join them? The girl smirked confidently, "Got room for a tyrant like me in that group of yours?" She asked putting her hands on her hips.

  • Oc: MUTINY
    Guess were doing this people.
Ic: Marcus hissed as a chaotic influx swarmed the area. A woman, who was approaching them, radiated power. Far more power then Marcus sensed in any of them. Power that was....Godlike. Tenebris thrummed in reaction to the chaos, growing restless. It yearned for blood, blood that had not been shed for some time. Marcus drew his dual blades, resting them both on the ground. "Who the hell are you?" He questioned.he scscythe in her hand was no ordinary scytch either. Marcus did not like this women, he could tell she was going to attack. This may well have been the voice, and out here on the roof, in direct sunlight, he had only his sword skills and reflexes to rely on. Of course he could use their own shadows if needed. "Guys, I think we have our anomaly." He said.
    ----------
Bergen glared at the mage. "You have been convicted of necromancy, what is your verdict?" He questioned. "Not guilty!" The mage said. Bergen sighed. "That's what they all say, and very few are correct. Take him away." He said. The mage was practicing necromancy and attempting to summon a primeval being (not a god but cannot be truly destroyed or killed) that had long slumbered. The case had filtered through the court system until Bergen had to ecide the final outcome. RThis was rare. Rosalia came up and grabbed the mage, whose attempts at casting various spells kept failing. Opening his scrying bowl, he witnessed Alari, his sister, advancing upon a group of people. Ah yes, the dragon souls. Those with tremendous powers destined to bring the dragons back, and then....turn them against the gods. This was an ultimate crime, one he would over see. But Alari was a wild card. He cursed her. They had bided their time for long while, and ccould've waited some more. The mortals, let alone the children could not know of the gods penultimate decision. It would allow the dragon children, all independent variables, to muddle and annihilate the current outcome the wheel of time had dictated. "Gabrial, Michael, go to Alari. Convince her to come back, ddetain her if you must." Michael frowned. "And what of the dragon souls?" He asked. Bergen nodded on acceptance. "They are not to be harmed, not yet. They will play a vital role in the gods plans, their judgement is yet to come. Cripple them if you must, but do not kill them." Michael nodded. "Understood." He drew Arcadius and unslung his shield. "Come Gabriel, we must maintain order." Gabriel nodded. The two angels dissapered on a flash of light. Bergen sniffed as Judge Reno came up. "Sir,e jury was unable to decide an outcome. It is up to you to decide on the Wilhelm-Drayna case." She said. "Bring the defendent and prosecutor in. This will be the final case for the day." Bergen snapped. Reno odded. "Understood. Judge Brinleyhas requested a day off, what shall iI tell him?" Bergen thought for a moment. "Tell him there are no furhter cases scheduled for tomorrow, so it is granted." Reno bowed. "May peace and order prevail." She said. "And the holy law kept." Bergen replied the two part farewell.

  • Ooc~ We really don't know Emma, the owner of this thread is pretty inactive, and all the Dragonchild positions are full. I'm sure you might be able to play an antagonist or aomething, but again, it's pretty much all up in the air at this point.

    Ic~

Naomi nearly yelped, an insistent sting searing over her right thigh, exactly where the mark of her Dragon was. The young girl allowed a sharp intake of breath to pass through her lips, cobalt gaze rising to what Marcus had deduced to be the anomaly. The pain thigh spiked as the woman got closer, rising as she drew a deadly looking scythe from a mere pendant. This woman was an enemy, clear as day. The Metal weights scattered about her body hummed, almost as if they were agreeing. She quickly bent down to retrieve her dual staves, shivering slightly at the cold brunt of her makeshift weapons. The Dragonchild fingers twirled them upward till she could firmly grasp the alloy compounds, breeze tousling her already disheveled blonde locks. She listened as Marcus questioned this woman as to who she was, unease growing with every word. This woman had appeared out of nowhere, knowing exactly who they were. The young girl studied her more closely, noticing unique designs in her clothing and the air flux around her. "Chaos" she mumbled, darting forward to stand near Marcus, eyes never leaving the goddess. Naomi skidded to an ungrateful stop. . She knew this woman. Well, didn't exactly know her, but ancient scripts told of her, mentioned ways to pick this particular anomaly out from a crowd. She trembled slightly, various Prophetic rumors bouncing through her mind. Gods weren't supposed to be around anymore, the time paradox and fluctuation in the human's beliefs should've ruled their existence long ago. And yet..... Naomi's mark burned again, confirming her varied suspicions. "I've read about you, forgotten one." She smiled knowingly, small frame threatening to topple over as the wind picked up. "You're Alari."

The post was edited 1 time, last by ♚ ԲЯ૯૯ Ҭଇ ԲԼϓ ♚ ().

  • Judging by the mocking tone this woman... No, she didn't seem human. This 'Alari', as Naomi had called her, didn't seem too friendly towards them. But maybe she was just haughty "Why are you here?" Tallulah asked. "It seems like something that earns the name 'Forgotten One' was probably forgotten for a reason. Why pop up now?" The only reason Tallulah could think of would be that she was trapped, and unable to appear. And if that was the case, someone didn't like her. Probably because she was evil. Which meant that her appearing now was not a good thing. They were probably all screwed if she decided to attack.

  • (IM SORRY! I HAD A WEDDIGN YESTERDAY! IM SORRY! I PROMIE I WONT GO WIT OUT TELLING YOU GUYS FIRST IM SORRY! Also Emma, go right ahead, I say you can and Alfheim can kick me out or ban me if you can't cause I'll take the blame, I dotn mind)
Alari laughed. "Ah, so I am know, well isn't that nice?" She said, grinning. "No of you seem worthy of fighting, you're all. The same to me, weak." She then pointed her scyth at them. "Who I am doesn't matter since that metal dragon soul seems to know," she said, her eyes lighting up, looking for someone to fight, mostly since she was bored of just waiting, it wasn't her thing to just wait around.

Nauru stopped as something in her guy told her that the others weren't okay. She gritted her teeth and stood there, falling to her knees. "They said they didn't want me, they dont understand, I was trying to protect them," she hissed then the pain of her wounds finally kicked it. It was in her arms and one in her gut. She got up and turned around, gripping her shoulder and thought about heading back.

    (what was Wes doing?)
