    As dawn stretched over the horizon, sunlight began to shed into the apprentice den. Arrowpaw was bursting with excitement, today was her final assignment as an apprentice! Along with a few other apprentices, she padded over to the den entrance to wait for her mentor.

    (( Can I be her mentor?))


    Cinderpetal was already awake and padding towards the apprentice's den. She spotted Arrowpaw immediately. She padded up to the young cat, her tail flicking back and forth. "Are you ready to become a warrior?" She asked, a purr laced in her words.

    Cinderpetal gestured for the young apprentice to follow. "Off we go then." She said, padding out of camp, beckoning Arrowpaw to follow.

    "Ok!" Arrowpaw said, a bounce in her reply. Once she got outside camp, Arrowpaw could already smell the prey lurking among the forest.

    Cinderpetal chuckled and followed her apprentice outside of camp. "Before we begin, first thing's first: Even though you won't sense me, I'll still be watching you closely." The grey tabby explained. "You can hunt anywhere in the territory." She added, flicking her tail.

    Cinderpetal nodded. "You have until sunhigh. You're assessment begins now." She said with a flick of her tail. "Off you go."

    Arrowpaw began to pad swiftly and soft as possible, it was only a short amount before she spotted a fat mouse nibbling on a tree nut. She got into her hunting crouch, quiet as she could manage. balancing her weight on her paws, she leaped, landing square behind the mouse, killing it with a quick bite to the neck.

    In character~Moonpaw purred as she gazed at Arrowpaw.She came to Riverclan some moons ago as a kittypet.Making few friends she just wanted to be happy for someone.Hopefully they would understand

    in character - Riversong padded through the camp after a full morning of a border patrol and a little hunting expedition that she decided to go on alone. She had a juicy squirrel clamped between her teeth, its sweet, tangy blood oozing into her mouth. She set it down at the top of the freshkill pile and turned around to survey the camp.
