OOC: Do I start playing Birchkit now?

Icekit peeked into the nursery. She didn't want to disturb anyone, but she had to see the new kits. Her pale silvery pelt fluffed up with cold, Icekit watched from the outside as the new kits were born.

IC: Redwind smiled as she saw Icekit peek into the nursery.

Birchkit squeaked, and scooted closer to her mother.

OOC: I'm really sorry, I've been really really busy with winter guard and horseback riding and a ton of other stuff lately.
Moonkit rolled herself over Riverkit. She looked around her, there were a few other cats that she didn't know.

Icekit caught Redwind's gaze and her eyes widened. She was caught! Skittering backwards, she hid on the other side of the nursery wall.
((OOC: Icekit's a bit of a trouble-maker, so whenever someone looks at her she thinks she's in trouble xD))

Redwind looked at Icekit, "It's okay Icekit, Your not in trouble." She purred after then licked all of her kit's heads.

ooc: okay guys, do you want to fast forward this by a moon? Because newborn kits really shouldn't be able to hear or see yet.
ic: Lightkit felt the movement of his littermates beside him, disturbing his near-slumbering state. Slightly disgruntled, he twitched an ear before attempting sleep again.

Redwind curled her tail around her kits, pulling them close the her belly.

Birchkit fell fast asleep.

Meadowstorm peeked at the kits from the entrance of the nusery. 'their beautiful kits, Redwind.' she purred.

Redwind smiled, "Thank you, Meadowstorm." She licked the top of Birchkit's head and pulled them closer to her belly.

Meadowstorm came a tail length closer. 'they look healthy. thats good. what are their names?'

"Birchkit, Mudkit, and Twigkit." Redwind purred.
