The reason he hadn't snapped, went over there, and pissed all over one of their high positions, was because he himself had family there - and preferred a close bond with family clans.

The cold eyed leader flattens his ears to his head, staring at the gathered crowd. "I'm fucking disappointed." He states, bluntly. "Why the hell did Lucy come to me, asking if we were getting cozy with RiverClan? Do the lot of you take me for a fucking idiot? I hear and see what the hell goes on in my clan, you can't just skip around throwing petals pretending to be a fucking pacifist around here - got it?" Permafrost snarls. "I'm introducing the Scum rank. Anyone that tries to betray the clan, acts like an idiot, cohorts with enemies and e.t.c will be demoted to this - no matter what they rank they are in the first place. Sure, we had this rank already for prisoners, but now it's a real big deal." The seraph flattens his ears to the top of his head, stiff and rigid as he stared down at them.
"Dangercub gets the Firecracker title, as does Thane Kiros. Besides that, apprenticeship will now begin at four months of age instead of six. If you do good, perhaps I'll consider three. We're also going to have a new rule - raids no longer need approved, you can raid who you want, as long as you announce it in the damn camp first." Grunts Perma.
