    Terry jumps on a boulder and snicks his nose in the air. "Okay gals, let the big male lead the way." Terry barks and jumps down.
    "Let the big mal lead the way," Eva mimics and tackles Terry. She pins him down and narrows her eyes. "We've been walking for two days. You said you had mother's scent, what happened?!" Eva growls and rolls off him. Meeku jumps up swatting at a butterfly, she yelps as she trips over Eva.
    "I lost it." Terry admits and slowly gets up. "But I can find it again!" He puffs out his chest and smirks. Eva rolls her eyes and pushes Meeku off. Meeku gets up and shakes her pelt.
    The bushes rustle and a twig snaps, Terry jumps then lowers his head. "We are being followed." Meeku says sniffing the air. "Terry, you lead us onto wolf territory.."

    A grey and red adult wolf slowly stepped out of the bushes, staring at the pups. "What are you pups doing here?" She said, lowering her head to smell the pups. "Are you lost?" The she-wolf was calm, and collected, until another wolf popped out of the bushes behind her. "Sage! Where-- Wait, pups?" A smaller black and white wolf casually trotted over to the she-wolf, Sage. "Danger! I said to fall back! Why do--" Sage sighed, looking back at the three young pups. "I think they're lost," Sage said gently to the other wolf called Danger.

    Terry growls slightly stepping in front of his sisters. Eva rolls her eyes and sits down. "And if we are lost?" She sneers. Meeku stays behind them her small nose wiggling as she takes everything in. "Mama told us about wolves, I've never seen one so close, or smelled one so close." Meeku whispers and stands tilting her head. Her ears flop slightly.Terry glares at his sisters, but stops growling. "If we are lost, what are you going to do wolf?" Eva continues. Terry sighs and shakes his head.

    Sage chuckled, shaking her head. "You aren't scary, pups. Plus, it's against pack law to hurt any pups. If anything, I can help you." Sage spoke gently and sweetly. Danger rolled his eyes, shaking his head. "Jewel said t---" Sage put her paw on Danger's snout, and pushed him away, causing him to fall backwards. "I don't care what Jewel said, you will listen to me, Danger."

    Eva rolls her eyes. "You are going to take us in and eat us fro dinner!" She growls. Meeku bursts out laughing and falls back. "Eva, the wolfie said she wasn't going to hurt us!" She gasps and shakes her head. "Plus, if they wanted to hurt us, I would smell it coming off of them." Meeku laughs and stands again. Eva glares at Meeku. "What if they are just really good at hiding it?!" She argues. Terry puts his paws over his ears. "Please don't start fighting..." He says. "That would be the fourth time today."

    Sage watched the pups, and started laughing. "Sweetie, I don't eat dogs nor wolves. That sounds rather distasteful. I'm harmless, I promise. Again, it is against pack law to hurt a pup." The smaller wolf, Danger, began to laugh. He was only a bit bigger than a wolf pup, therefore posed no threat. He had one bright blue eye and the other a bright green. The small wolf's tail wagged, and he sat down next to Sage. Sage looked at Danger, then back at the pups. "No fighting, now." She said softly, watching them.

    "Can we meet your pack?" Meeku asks and steps closer to the two wolves. Terry pushes her away. "I'm the leader of this group." Meeku lowers her ears. "No your no!" Eva argues and tackles him. "Is it just because you the only male?" Eva growls pinning him. Terry wiggles trying to get out from under Eva. "Yes, because males are stronger and better then females!" Eva growls and pushes on his shoulders. Terry yelps and Meeku watches them frozen in place. Meeku glances at Sage and Danger.

    Sage sighed, "Hey, stop it." Sage stepped forward, grabbing Eva by the scruff of her neck and lifting her off of Terry. Danger watched them in silence. Sage dropped Eva gently, glaring at her,then giving Terry a mean look as well. "I suggest you stop. There are more wolves around here and they won't always take kindly to dogs. Wild wolves without a pack don't have a law against attacking pups." Sage said sternly.

    Meeku sniffs the air and sits down scratching her ear with her hindleg. "My name is Meeku. My sis is Eva and my brother is Terry." Terry gets up slowly and shakes his pelt. Eva glances around now fully aware that they could still be in danger. "Does you pack like dogs?" Meeku asks slowly and gazes at a butterfly. Terry rolls on his back. "I am hungry." Terry states and Eva rolls her eyes. "Then hunt you all powerful male." She sneers.

    Sage looked at Danger, then back at the pups. "I'm Sage, and this young one is Danger." She paused, glancing around. "My pack doesn't mind dogs I suppose." Sage gave Danger a look, flicking her tail as if telling him to go do something. Danger disappeared into the bushes, returning with two rabbits, and setting them by the pups. "Eat," Sage said, knowing full well that she just broke pack law. She sat down, and Danger sat down next to her. She sniffed the air before looking at the three pups. "So where is your mother?" She asked gently.

    Terry and Eva dig into the rabbits and Meeku stays behind them. "Well, we were with out mother one night, then the next morning she gone and so was our brother. He was a runt, his names was Bandit." Meeku explains. Eva perks her ears and lifts her head. "He wasn't really our brother. Mama adopted him." Eva sneers trying to keep the hurt from her voice and continues eating.

    Sage listened as Meeku spoke, looking over at Eva when she spoke up. She sighed, "I see... Well, me and Danger can help you find your Mama and your brother, if you would like. The pack won't miss us." Danger opened his mouth to say something, but closed it when Sage shot him a dark look. Sage watched as the pups ate the rabbits, a calm sense running over. She quickly remembered that the pups wouldn't be safe in the territory, though. "You must hurry, young ones." She said gently.

    Soon enough the three pups are as much of the rabbit as they could. Meeku lets out a small yawn. She sniffs the air then freezes. "Sage? I think I smell another wolf." She whispers. Eva tenses up and scoots closer to Sage. Terry puffs of his chest. "Let them come! I can take them!"
