    The little bengal was sat by the sea, watching the waves come up to her paws before retreating. It made her feel powerful, like the ocean was scared to touch her. With a faint smile she watched the waves roll in, and her young mind was crawling with unanswered questions. Where did they come from? Did other animals see the same waves, somwhere across the vast body of water? What lie underneath, boyond the fish and hermit crabs? For a kitten, quiz wondered a lot - which is probably how she got her name. [/fancypost]

    Blacklight spotted the younger feline. Figuring it wouldn't do any harm to make some casual conversation, she padded over and sat down beside the kitten, offering her a small smile. "Hey, Inquisitivekit." she greeted brightly.

    The kitten blinked and glanced up, offering the older female a large grin, "Hello Blacklight!" Quiz meowed warmly to her mother's friend. She felt close to the prefect before having even held a long conversation with her, but Inquisitivekit speculated that again, this was due to Blacklight's caring nature around both the youbg bengal and her mother.     Quiz's ears perked, her eyes shining. Blacklight sounded like her, a much older her. "R-Right?" she agreed, looking back over the ocean with longing eyes, "I wanna see what's at the bottom of the ocean, see what no one else has seen. Do you think there's more intelligent life down there? You know, more clever than the fish?" the bengal kitten asked. [/fancypost]

    Inqisitivekit looked back to Blacklight, smiling up to the other feline, "You're really cool to talk to." The bengal blurted out, "Most of our clanmates think I'm a bit weird and ask really stupid questions, but you don't!"     "Thanks." she managed, smiling. For some reason, younger kids always seemed to like her. She supposed she was one of the only people that treated them like an equal, took their opinion seriously, or acted like them in any way. Blacklight felt that everybody should be treated with the same amount of respect regardless of age. "You're not weird, you're just curious. And that's a good thing. Your questions are actually really smart. At least I think so. I mean, the only way to learn is by asking questions, right?" the feline said with a grin.
