Luna, a sliver tabby she-cat with ice clue eyes, wondered the forest. She was hungry and looking for food. It was getting dark and she would need shelter soon. Luna's ears twitched to the smell of another cat...you. She stayed cautious and dropped into a crouch, her tail twitching behind her and her ears perked. Claws unsheathed just in case you were a threat.

Nightwalked through the foliage. He came up short as he smelled another cat, a shecat by the smell of it. He walked until he found her. He smiled '' my name is night, and you are?'' the black tom with striking gray eyes meowed in his British accent
-
Luna looked at the tom. Her ears still perked in case he wasn't alone. Her claws stayed unsheathed. "Luna." The silver tabby replied, her voice soft but sharp.
-
"well miss luna, please put away your claws. Its not nice to make a friendly blind cat feel on edge. Its getting late, do you need a place to stay?'' he meowed, his British accent calming and slightly amused.
-
Luna slowly relaxed, sheathing her claws at his words. "A place to stay would be nice." She meowed looking up at the now fully risen moon. Luna turned her gaze back to Night, her tail twitching at the sound of crickets chirping in the grass.
-
Night smiled and put his tail around her '' I have an extra mouse you can have as well, don't be frightened of me. I am harmless'' he meowed as he led her among shadowy paths ''its not too far now''
-
Luna followed close. "Thank you." Luna mewed accepting Night offers. He seemed nice, Luna was now fully relaxed. Yet she still stayed focused on the things around the two cats, watching out for any danger as they walked alone in the woods.
-
He led her into a small cavern that smelled somewhat of herbs and spring water. He led her to a pile of moss in the cavern ''lay here '' he instructed as he went and fetched her the mouse. He lay it at her paws and said ''call me if you need anything'' then he walked through a crack in the rocky walls
-
Luna did as she was told and neatly curled up on the moss. She smiled as he brought over the mouse. As he left she mewed in acknowledgement and began to eat the mouse. Enjoying every bite until she finished. When Luna did finish, she groomed herself.
-
Night padded through the tunnel until he got to the large room with all his herbs. He walked over to a yarrow bush and started stripping some of the leaves from the bush. I wonder if she would stay with me he wondered it would be nice to have a companion, like- he stumbled as he remembered his sister Flame's death. He sat down, his head bowed as he panted and his heart ached.
-
Luna yawned, her ears twitched to the sound of panting. She stood up and wondered her way through the cavern until she found Night. Her ears flattened and her tail drooped, her caring side was going to take over. "What's wrong?" She asked standing beside the tom. Luna's eyes were filled with concern and worry.
-
He turned his head slightly ''just a memory'' he panted as he squeezed his sightless gray eyes shut '' a long time ago'' he dug his claws into the dirt as he looked up
-
Luna sat next to him. She hated to see other cats sad.
-
He leaned into her side as he whispered ''don't worry about me, ill be okay'' he smiled, a bit forced, but he tried to soothe her
-
Luna was glad to see him smile. "Good." She mewed letting him lean on her.
-
He closed his eyes and a soft purr escaped his throat. He was already at ease around her, he couldn't quite put his paw on it. He sat up and turned his head towards her '' thank you''
-
"No problem." She mewed, smiling at the tom. Luna then yawned and shook her head.
-
"you are tired'' he meowed as he led her back to the nest ''sleep miss luna'' he purred and he went and lay down on a corner of the cool, stony ground
-
Luna curled in a tight ball on the bed off moss. She covered her face with her tail, quickly falling asleep.
-
He smiled as he fell asleep.
