    Lariel nodded, a smile on his face. "That's good. She needs someone like you in her life right now. After what happened to her mother..." he trailed off and shook his head sadly, turning back to his work.



    Eva frowned, moving foreward and resting a hand on his shoulder, "I'm sorry." She murmured, gently pulling away and then hurrying to the section needing her help.

    A man was groaning in pain. "Someone...please," he moaned. He wore the human army uniform, and blood stained his entire chest. On closer inspection, he was the same soldier who had tried to kick at Shana before.



    AS much as Eva didn't want to, the woman slowly went to him and began to heal him. SHe said nothing, working quickly as to help the others around him. Healing him mostly, she left him wounded enough that moving too much would hurt until it healed on its own, now anting him to hurt her or any others.

    After another two hours of healing, Eva would turn to see Shana padding into the room, a blanket wrapped around her. She yawned and rubbed her eyes. "I woke up and you were gone," she said, looking at Eva with wide eyes. "I see you're doing good work."



    Eva turned to see Shana, a smile flickering over her face. She was... Not quite covered in blood, but there was definately blood on her, "I didn't want to wake you up." She said gently, having gently healed the last few students before crossing to Shana and kissing her forehead, "YOur father did a good job stabilizing everyone; we lost fewer students than we had injured."

    Shana nodded, her eyes shining. "My father is the best at anything he does," she said, pride and love evident in her voice. Speaking of which, Lariel glanced over at them and smiled warmly. "Why don't you two go relax," he suggested. "The school spirit has removed the barriers to the dormitories, and I'm sure you'll enjoy sleeping in your own beds." Shana looked up at Eva and blushed, her thoughts on how to enjoy their downtime evident in her flaming cheeks.



    Eva smiled and kissed Shana's lips gently, "COme on. Let's go over s I can change and we can relax."

    Shana nodded, her ears pricked up as she followed her love out of the cafeteria.


    In their dorm room, Shana flopped down on her bed and sighed. "I don't think I'll ever forget what happened today," she said softly, staring up at the ceiling. "I was so scared. If you hadn't been with me..." she trailed off, closing her eyes tiredly.



    Eva turned away as Shana flopped, carefully changing out of her bloodied clothes and throwing them in the pile of ruined garbs, "No one will forget." She said softly, sighing a bit, "It was horrible what happened... But... We won't forget who didn't make it out of today. I won't forgot any of them." She murmured, "And at least we're alive, and together. That's what matters."

    Shana nodded. She opened her eyes and glanced at Eva as she stripped down, the blushed and quickly turned away gain. "S-so, um...d-do you want to..." she stammered. "I mean, we don't have to...I just really like you, and..."



    Eva looked over and flushed, "Oh... I-I was changing to get into cleaner clothes." She whispered, flustered now, "Do.... Do you want to do that, Shana?" The woman asked, her face slowly calming down and carefully going pale again, "I like you a lot too, I love you, but I don't want to force you into anything."

    Shana smiled, then reached out and grasped Eva's hand, gently rubbing her thumb against her palm. "I want this," she said quietly, her expression certain. "Please. I love you."



    Eve paused and turned completely, intertwining their fingers and kissing Shana in return, "Alright." She whispered, "We can do this. Just... If It's too much, please tell me." Her gentle kisses moved again, gently running down Shana's nekc.

    Shana closed her eyes and moaned. Her right hand suqeezed Eva's while her left ran through Eva's hair gently, combing her blonde hair back. "I love you," she whispered, moving her left hand to rub Eva's smooth back.



    "I love you too." Eva murmured, kissing her lips gently as she gently guided Shana back to the bed. She didn't remove her hand from the elf's own, keeping her gentle and loving hold on it and bringing her back onto the mattress, pinning her there lightly, "I love you with all my heart."

    Eva held Shana near, just resting after their experience. She was nuzzled against the girl's body, breathing deeply as she calmed. Her hand never left the other woman's, their fingers intertwined.

    Shana breathed heavily, her skin covered in a thin layer of sweat from their love making. She kissed the top of Eva's head and then nuzzled into her hair. "I love you so much," she murmured. "That...that was great."



    "I love you with all my heard." Eva breathed, pulling her tired body closer to her lover, "It was wonderful... Thank you." She kissed her throat and hid against her.
