He'd probably be thinking about how he'd mess up Shizuo's life more, how to make him think it was his fault he's in the hospital. But he'd be upset when Shizuo didn't know who he was. He'd want to get close to him to tear him down on the inside, to lie and say they were close. But obviously, for roleplay purposes, Izaya ends up wanting to be with Shizuo.[/fancypost]
