    Marcus smirked,"Well that works in our favor doesn't it. Now tell us where the girl is." Anthony acted along but meanwhile hoped that Marcus wasn't able to find her.

    Marcus gave a wide grin, "You make a valid point! How do I know that she isn't dead? I saw her in the forest when Anthony was so diligent to save her. Nice Job by the way pretending to be on my side", he said to Anthony.

    Anthony looked to the hunters and then at Marcus, "What are you talking about?"


    "You think I don't know where you snuck off to? I was curious what you would do so I pretended not to see her. It looks like I got my answer. Looks like you are a traitor to the crown."


    Anthony hissed and bared his fangs, "I am rightfully the King."


    "Not after killing your parents you're not."


    Anthony's head started to pound but then Marcus smirked, "Oh wait! That was me. My bad, I've just been saying it so much that it almost feels like the truth."


    Anthony felt enraged and lunged at Marcus.

    Marcus and Anthony met in the air and soon were a rolling ball of fangs and blood. They had been going at it for a while before both ended up at opposite ends of the ring that had started to be formed by vampires. Marcus and Anthony both had serious wounds and were bleeding in several spots but the predatory gleam had just gotten stronger in both their eyes.


    Anthony's eyes flicked to the dagger that had been thrown to him and he lunged for it. Marcus, seeing where Anthony was heading, went for the dagger as well. Both got a hand on it and it became a deadly game of tug a war. Each tried to overpower the other and force them to the ground so they could pierce their heart.


    Anthony eventually started to make headway and Marcus began to bow under the force that Anthony was using. The heart approached closer and closer to Marcus's heart as Marcus got closer and closer to the ground.

    Anthony nodded and called to his people. He declared the war as over and told them to sit tight for now. He would be back shortly. With that, he followed the hunters to where Maria was.

    They opened up the hatch to the underground bunker.
    Maria rubbed her eyes and looked around surprised to see where she was. "Its ok Maria...Its over now"The hunter smiled as she helped her out. When Maria saw Anthony her face tensed with hurt and anger and she looked away "What is he doing here?"

    "This wasn't my plan Maria you have to believe me. It was Marcus who wanted this and I went along with it because he promised none would get hurt."
