Thunderstorm looked back at her apprentice Shadepaw looking bored, "Hey come join the dawn patrol"

Moonfrost padded behind her mate keeping her senses alert for any danger.

Bounding through the dense forest he stopped at the river to a large willow and renewed the scent marker

Shadepaw nodded. He bounded over to his mentor purring cheerfully. "Good morning guys!" He said cheerfully.

Moonfrost waved her tail greeting Shadepaw.

Flamesong woke up from a long and tiring sleep. He wandered around camp looking for Thunderstorm.

Blizzardstar padded back into camp with Thunderstorm, Moonfrost, and Shadepaw. Sitting down outside his den he watched all the cats in his clan
Thunderstorm bounded over to Flamesong,"Want to go hunting with me?"

"OK!" Flamesong said excitedly. He began to pad to the entrance.

Thunderstorm padded after him, "Shadepaw come on were going hunting." she called back

Flamesong padded through the dense forest.

Thunderstorm padded next to Flamesong with Shadepaw right behind them

flamesong saw the tiny brown body and got in a crouch. He pounced and killed the mouse with one bite. He turned towards Thunderstorm.

"Nice catch." She jumped up of all of a sudden and caught sparrow in mid air."What do you think about that!" she smiled playfully at him

He laughed. "I think... I can do better!" he leaped on top of her and playfully swiped her ear, claws sheathed.

Shadepaw sat and watched them. "You two are acting like kits." He said. His tail curled around his paws as he watched the warriors.

Thunderstorm looked up under Flamesong's wieght,"Then you should try being a kit, its fun." using her hind legs to push him off

"I'd prefer not... i am a role model for Stormkit if i act like the way you two are acting he'll think everyone can play around whenever. And if he does that he'll look like a mouse brain if something serious is going on." Shadepaw said.

"Aw c'mon Shadepaw! Everyone has a little kit in them! We all went through it!" Flamesong smiled.

"And i play with Stormkit every day so i have my days worth of playing already." Shadepaw replied. After a moment he added, "I'll be back at camp." And without another word he turned and padded back to camp.
