Kakamru moved so she was looking up at him. While she was moving, though, Itachi could see a red mark on the back of her neck for a brief second. It wasn't dark enough for it to be blood, or a scar.

Itachi tilted his head, "What is on your neck, Kakamru?" He asked, touching it lightly to see her reaction.
