Ness got his test and smiled when he saw his mark. He folded it neatly and placed it in a pocket on his backpack, making sure that it didn't get damaged.

Laura cursed in her head. A C? Really? That was stupid. She never studied, less because she was lazy or didn't care about her grades, more because she would forget or start and get distracted. Damn ADHD. She stuffed it in her folder, waiting for the bell to ring eagerly.
