Azure shrugged. "Suit yourself." She began to munch the rabbit by herself. "Ummm." She mumbled, closing her eyes. She'd almost forgotten just how good it tasted. Through contentedly narrowed eyes, she watched Ash.

-
Ash rolled onto his side and fell asleep, mummering curses at catnip.
-
Azure, smiling in amusement, decided she could also use a cat nap. She stretched out on the floor of the den and closed her eyes, contentedly full with rabbit, and fell asleep.
-
-
(yea sure)
-
Ash stretched out in his nest, warmed by the flickering light illuminating his soft grey pelt. Sighing happily he moved over to his prey pile and picked up a bird, plucking the feathers like he did the day before.
-
Azure woke up when Ash moved. She rolled over onto her back and stretched, watching him upside down. She noticed he was plucking the feathers again. "Morning." She mewed, her voice still quiet from sleep.
-
"Mornin'," he said spitting a feather from his teeth
-
Azure rolled back over and stretched, yawning widely. She picked out a small mouse for herself and finished it quickly. "So. Any plans for today?" She tried to sound casual.
-
"Rabbit," he replied casually eating the naked bird
-
Azure looked over at him. "What?" She asked, confused.
-
"It's a contest the local cats compete in for fun. We call it Rabbit because the founder of it, was a cat called Rabbit. Its held on the moors," he said finishing his bird, "C'mon, I take you to meet everyone,"
-
"Meet everyone?" Azure meowed uncertainly. What if someone saw her, and her pursuers found out where she was? Then I'll just have to outrun them again. She thought to herself firmly. "Okay. Let's go." The dark grey tabby followed Ash.
-
Ash trotted happily in the sun, purring as the sun warmed his grey pelt, looked up he saw the familiar tortie pelt, growling plawfully he leaped into the trees, looking down at Azure, "Run," he instructed, leaping after the tortieshell cat, "I'm gonna get you!"
-
There was no way Azure was going into the trees again, so she ran on the ground. She glanced anxiously upward, feeling strangely ill at ease without Ash at her side, knowing she was headed towards more cats. He wondered who this pretty tortie he was chasing was, and attempted to distract herself by concentrating on running faster. Her claws dug into the ground and her leg muscles stretched. She reveled in the slight pain of muscles growing stronger, and she ran even faster.
-
Once Ash saw the cat le to the ground on the moor he leaped after her tackling her, "I win!" he said backing away, flicking his tail happil.
The tortieshell growled playfully and sat up, licking her patterned fur.
-
Azure slowed to a sudden stop at the edge of the forest. She breathed in the scents of the moor. Just like my old home. She thought. The sound of Ash's voice distracted her, and she padded towards him. Then she stopped, hanging back. She didn't want to interrupt... Well, whatever this was. She felt slightly jealous of this pretty tortoiseshell who had claimed Ash's attention, but quelled it quickly. She knew she had no right to feel such a thing. She'd only just met Ash, while he'd probably known this cat for ages.
-
Ash purred in amusement as the tortoiseshell stuck her tongue out at him. Turning to Azure he smiled, "Azure this is my sister Mouse. Mouse this is my friend Azure. She's currently staying with me," he said introducing the two she-cats.
Mouse stood up and padded over to Azure, "Are you going to compete?" she asked.
-
Azure couldn't help feeling relieved. Sister, not lover. Thank StarClan. The thought passed through her head out of habit. "Oh, well, I don't actually know what kind of competition this is yet..." The she-cat glanced from Mouse to Ash, painfully aware of how ignorant she must seem.
-
"Eh. There's all sorts of competitions," she said flicking her tail to a group of cats on the other side of the moor. "Like sparing races, hinting competitions," he said, "and at the end of the day we have a feast and some stay and sleep under the stars. The rabbit was founded by a member of the Frean so we have so risk of getting attacked."
