  • Akila smiled and looked ahead again, her eyes brooding. She bite her lip as she wondered about her destiny.

  • She decided that for now the present was more important. "Coming." She said softly and started to follow.

  • OOC: Why?
IC: Akila looked around as they walked, wondering about the events of the past couple days.

  • OOC: Well Rebecca is just their as Akila's friend. She has a bf so that makes it eaiser.

OOC: Rebecca explained things about the camp as they toured.

  • Aiyane drifted behind, humming quietly to herself. She stared at the ground and stopped. She reached down with her tan hand and brought it back up with a little red insect. A ladybug. She gently led it onto her pointer finger and blew ever so lightly and strethed out her hand.
As the ladybug flew away, she started to feel empty. That was the last thing she wanted to pay attention to. An insect that didn't need a life. A loser. That's how she felt.
Her feelings shifted from lonely to a loser. What a dork.

  • Aiyana didn't realize anyone was listening so she kept walking. She walked right by her host and stopped too. "Hey, what's wrong?" she asked quietly. While waiting for his answer she kept humming the song Only Hope by Mandy Moore that she had admired so much. The special song reminded her of her mother before she got sick. So bright and happy. She would sing to her every night. Then she caught pneumonia and died less than a month ago. Only her siblings Arianna, Aria, Maxton, James, and Samantha knew of their mother's death. They revealed it to no one, afraid that they would be adopted out, seperated. Of course James and Samantha, who were the eldest, 19 and twins, would be able to care for them, they just didn't need anyone's guilt and apoligeticness.

  • Aiyana blinked rapidly. "Oh, umm...Only Hope. It's my mother's song she sang to me." she blushed. "It goes, There's a song that's inside of my soul, it's the one that I've tried to write over and over again, I'm awake in the infinite cold, but you sing to me over and over again, so I lay my head back down, and I lift my hands and pray...to be only your's...I pray...to be only your's, I know now, you're my o-only ho-ope..." her voice echoed like chiming bells the song pitch starting low and getting higher as she hit every nore perfectly. "Sing to me the song of the stars, of your galaxy dancing and laughing again, when it feels like my dreams are so far, sing to me the plans that you have for me over again..." she stopped, realizing how far she was getting into the song and realized that she must be at least tearing up by now. And so she was. A tear dribbled down her cheek and she turned away, embaressed.

  • Aiyana laughed a shrilling laugh that echoed off the trees. "Yeah, right. You're the last one that's heard it in the last month.

Another girl, identical to Aiyana came running up. "Don't believe A. We all here it twenty four hours a day." she laughed Aiyana's same laugh.

Aiyana glared at the girl. "This is Arianna, my twin. Nani, what are you doing here?"
