[fancypost bgcolor=; border: 0px; color: black; font-size: 10px;][justify]Bec Noir had never finished the job with Vantas, and that fact irked him. He was supposed to kill him yet for some odd reason, he had failed the task he was given and therefore was forced to let Karkat go free with only just a couple of flesh wounds. Bec Noir was angry, though that anger was directed towards himself rather than those he wanted to be angry with. First off, there was Dave. That male had left the clan, thankfully, but Bec Noir still wanted to get rid of him before he caused any more problems in the mutated wolf's schemes. Dave had appeared to have close ties with Karkat, which made Bec Noir wonder if there had been any problems with them that had caused Dave to leave. Was he taking one of those stupid vacations where he simply went to another clan and did nothing else there except be an idiot? Bec Noir wasn't able to think of any reason as of why Dave had decided to pack his bags and leave, but that meant that he had left Karkat unprotected, correct? Incorrect. There was also Jake. Bec Noir had a history with Jake. He forced Jake to spy on a clan merely to get him out of the way and possibly into some trouble, he physically abused him by breaking and bruising him, and he also simply scared him just for the hell of it. Rather fun. However, it seemed as if Jake was in LunarClan, acting as some sort of protection barrier for Karkat; Bec Noir could have sworn that it was Dave's idea to position Jake there. Bec Noir wanted to keep Jake out of the way for the time being, as he had other plans to fulfill with Jake, but if the British-accented feline did manage to get in his way, he wouldn't be afraid to slit his throat or simply drive a sword through him to get him away. Jake was just an asset. Bec Noir could tell that Jake knew that he was being used, or at least had a good idea of it. Of course, that was just Bec Noir's assumptions. He could be incorrect, as he didn't know Jake's mind well enough to figure out what he was thinking and such.
Bec Noir was back on LunarClan territory, this time out to finally get rid of Karkat and possibly Jake as well if the Hero of Hope wanted to get himself into danger by attempting to fight off Bec Noir. The mutated canine was extremely tough, yes, and it would take a miracle to beat him fully. They didn't stand a chance - or, if Jake was smart enough to stay out of the way, then Karkat didn't have a chance. Dave wasn't here to protect him now. Truth be told, Bec Noir's mind was filled with assumptions similar to those that had been stated before, so there was always a good chance that he was wrong. Call them petty yet hopeful lies or call them the painful truth. Whatever they were, Bec Noir was going to make sure that they were acted upon. No, this was the point where Bec Noir wanted to fully get rid of the pest before he had the chance to do anything that would be considered poisonous to Bec's rather violent schemes.
The canine folded his huge ebony wings back, silently sulking through the shadows as if he was one of them, keeping his movements swift and silent. For now, he would wait until they came. Or at least one of them. Bec Noir wasn't quite certain if Jake followed Karkat around like a lost puppy or such - once again, just an assumption - so he wasn't sure who would go down first. Karkat or Jake? Or just Karkat? Or maybe both? Hm. Bec Noir pondered over the thought for a couple of minutes, his soulless eyes peering into the territory thoughtfully. Maybe he would just improvise and see what occurred. Both would be nice, but as stated before, he wasn't exactly keen on killing one of them yet. Well, everyone shall see who gets the punishment. For now, there was only one thought that Bec Noir was focused on:
Game over, Hero of Blood and Hero of Hope. [/fancypost]
