[fancypost borderwidth=0pt; font-size: 9px; font-family: arial; text-align: justify; overflow: auto; letter-spacing: 0.5px; color: black;]This is the tale of a princess and a pirate. The story begins with Emma Swan, a girl who has been an orphan all her life. She has bounced around from foster home to foster home since she was three, and nobody ever seems to want the young girl. She learned at the young age of twelve that unlike in fairy tales, there are no happy endings. But on the night of her seventeenth birthday, after spending the day alone watching Disney movies, she falls asleep and wakes to find herself on a pirate ship in Neverland. And that ship belongs to none other than the fearsome pirate, Captain Hook.
Of coarse Emma thinks she is dreaming, but the Neverland she's in is not the Neverland she grew up reading and fantasizing about. In the stories, Neverland is a wonderful place where kids go to have fun and never grow up, and Peter Pan is the good guy. But those are just stories. The truth is, Neverland is an evil place filled with many horrors. And the Lost Boys? They are a band of blood thirsty boys that are led by Peter Pan, the most ruthless of them all. But there is one major problem. Pan's shadow only brings neglected, lonely boys to the island, so what is a girl doing here? What they don't know is that Emma is going to have a son that is later the key to defeating Pan, so Pan wants to kill her before she can have her son.
Hook knows that there is a reason that a girl is in Neverland, and that whatever Pan has planned can't be good, so he decides to help the girl get back home. They have to travel to the island to find the only object that will get them out of Neverland, the True North Compass. As they journey to find the compass, Emma learns that Hook isn't the bad guy that all of the stories make him out to be. So what will happen when she lets down the carefully constructed walls around her heart and starts to fall for the dashingly handsome pirate captain?

[fancypost borderwidth=0pt; font-size: 9px; font-family: arial; text-align: justify; overflow: auto; letter-spacing: 0.5px; color: black;]
These are just a few simple rules that need to be followed:
1. Be semi-advanced to advanced! I would like at least one paragraph per post, but it is not required because I can understand low muse. I can also guarantee that even I won't post a whole paragraph all the time.
2. Please be active! I really like this plot, so I really don't want this thread to die!
3. I would really prefer it if you've seen at least some of the ABC series [i]Once Upon A Time
. This rule isn't necessarily required, but if two people with the same level of advancement are interested in this thread and the difference is that one has seen the show and one hasn't, I will go with the person who has seen the show.
4. Yes, your character needs to be named 'Emma Swan', and she needs to be seventeen. You can choose your own faceclaim, but all that I ask is no unnaturally dyed hair or face piercings. I have nothing against them, but it just doesn't really fit in this RP. I'd also like to ask if you could try and use a FC with blonde hair, but it's not required.
5. This isn't a rule, but I would like to point out that the boy in the Gif above is Peter Pan. I just wanted you to know that so you could see what he looked like. Oh, and make sure to have lots of fun!
