FAROE ISLANDS ✝ wrote:(childhood) selinda spent a large portion of her childhood under the control of norway, though spent her very early years learning a thing or two from scotland. her time under norwegian rule was often spent in solitude since the older nation was always off conquering distant lands. it was not until 1397, when the kalmar union was formed, that she spent any time with him at all. the time that she spent with him at that point was awkward and unsatisfying; she much preferred to hang out with denmark, whose cheery demeanor and positivity she admired. denmark gained control over her as a result of the treaty of kiel in 1814, and he still retains much power over her in modern day.
the plot is about the faroe island's daily life with denmark. if you'd like, he can have a crush on her or something, but i'm perfectly find with their relationship being platonic as well! she lives with him and they get along great and all. we're just roleplaying their daily life out because:
A.) i wanted to start roleplaying my precious little baby, faroe.
B.) lol why not?
if you do happen to have any other plots you wanna add in, just tell me. in the meantime, i have a few dramatic ideas i may incorporate into the thread with time.

Selinda had just gotten home from a successful shopping trip. The short-haired Nordic tossed a medium-sized bag of clothes onto the counter and, wearing a sh!t-eating grin, began to seek out her superior.
She held two sweaters behind her back, one that was hot pink and about as furry as the average sheepdog and another one in purple. You had better bet that she was going to make the Dane choose between the two, and she was going to make him wear it out to the festival she was making him attend later that evening.
"Denmark!" she called again, poking her head through the doorway to the livingroom. "I've got something for you!"
