~Welcome to the Jazz school of Soul Combat!~

Now before we begin, let us start with some rules, shall we?

School rules:
1. No stealing of any kind, whatsoever
2. Give respect to upper ranks unless the lower rank has challenged the higher class
3. Do not defy the principal
4. You can not challenge the principal at a certain rank
5. You must be within school grounds at 8 p.m to 10 p.m while dorms are secluded to limitations of 12 a.m No exceptions!
6. No harassing nor be defiant to the guardians of the school.
7. Peeping will not be allowed by anyone of any gender so do respect the privacy of others
8. When wanting to leave the school for whatever reason, you MUST alert a teacher or superior officer for a certain of leaving and coming back to school. Punishments will be brought depending on the guardians

Actual rules:
1. No OOC fighting
2. MUST be active weekly or Admin and/or I will give you a warning. If the act continues to show itself, then, you will be excused and kicked out. However, If you have a reason for leaving, do explain it in a PM or simple OOC chat! ;)
3. No Godmodding!!!
4. Try to include everyone in the rp. If you see someone a bit distant from the rest help out
5. Do NOT go for the highest position possible. You can have a powerful character and they can rise within the ranks, try to even the ranks out.
6. If you've read this far, put down: 'Soul Fighter'
7. If applying for a mentor or higher rank, you must put it in the forum and see if an admin will approve of your forum and character
8. Limitations of characters are five to ten, no more than that but do ask permission if you plan to exceed five.
9. Must be semi advanced to upper semi advanced. Meaning: NO one liners and vary from 2-3 sentences to 4-6 paragraphs
10. 'Fatal overdrives' are last resort moves, do not use them excessively

Ranks {Lowest to Highest}:

Iron--The newbies and new students. Over populated. They can barely summon weapon without recoil and can only learn certain moves. They have no missions to speak of except to assist other ranks as 'servants' in a way and are only allowed to go to classes to learn about their soul. They have powerful souls but can not be controlled by binding it into weapon so they are free spirited and often unfavored, sorta there to be there and nothing more.

Steel--The lowest rank and also common. Many picked on and have many limitations, can only do 'D' ranked missions to gain slight money and practice. They only know combat with weapon of choice and barely know what type of Soul they have. Last Resort power is weakened and can not be controlled.

Bronze--The class of transitions. They are most definitely the learners and the secondary common class. The quality is decent in power and strength but the soul power is limited to fighting because of untapped potential. They are 'tasty meat' to most and are usually picked on in challenges and are given low class missions until the potential is met and are ready to meet the Silver class.

Silver--The most common class to be in, most are pupils of the Golds and are regular students in terms of it, neither 'freshman' nor 'Senior' but in the blurry middle of 'Sophomore' and 'Junior'. They have limited respect and are classified as 'weaklings' and are challenged the most by all--even the higher ranks as training dummies But don't get them wrong, once provoked {Depending on the student}, they can surpass even the most arrogant of Diamonds to 'graduate' to the Gold or Platinum.

Gold--the simplest of classes that hold adequate strength and power. It is the wealthiest one in terms of missions and power but isn't easy to 'graduate' to the next class, many of this rank try to attain the Platinum class to merely stay the same but it isn't that uncommon to have the ceremony of transitions. Most are Mentors to Bronze and Silvers.

Platinum--third highest rank and more popular however is the simple shadows of the Diamond class. It holds some grudges and isn't as luxurious but is favored by many, wishing to be attained by the most unworthiest of souls so they can hold the power they thirst.

Diamond--Second rank but still just as generous as Ether, second strongest and full of potential, this class proves the good score the school but is almost as rare as Ether. The people themselves have luxurious lives and can simply hold nothing back and are a favorite of both mentors and Guardians alike.

Ether--Rarest Rank of all and can only be attained by principal or challenger of principal until one is crowned champion

Personality:care free, acts calm about almost everything, always acting very loving and even abit goofy when it comes to his daughter.
Description/history:a man with few secrets and well known for being the best, a once ether rank aiming high to possibly be the best soon began to decline, then his wife had died, or some say she died, and that caused the decline, none know except for few.he is now a teacher at currently the lowest possible rank for a teacher, but the only reason is because, he takes hits, then after a long battle, he surrenders and walks out of the arena, wether his opponent is happy about it or not, his soul/weapon, known only as fenrir, is naturally a sword,he has reduced it to a blunt cane (and no, there is no sword inside it, just a plane blunt cane) many insult him, but the respect and hope he gives to students and new challengers is high, it is almost like he chose to be the weakest, just so he can forge challenges for himself, maybe that was his intent all along, to create powerful people out of the ranks all look down upon, to make those who lost their hope, become strong, and eventually become their final test.none know what runs in his head, and none have even seen his fatal overdrive yet.
Soul (Fighter soul and weapon):fenrir, is naturally a sword that gains power from the blood of the enemy or even its wielder, upon reaching enough blood it can create berserker armor (yes like the armor from berserk) which protects against almost anything.it is rumored that fenrir in the fatal overdrive can become so large, it could make the entire stadium fall to the ground in ruin from a single swing, but hey, it isnt even a sword anymore so how could he hurt u ((hehehehe maybe someone will have him get serious enough to change the form of fenrir))
Rank:silver, maybe degrading to bronze

Other:his class is the special heavy training class ((most high ranks and even common ranks consider it a "special class" for losers and those whom are doomed to never succeed, but actually it is an elite class and is for students whom the principal dictates deserve something harsher than normal training to bloom into amazing soul fighters))

Ooc:also u forgot to mentiom, there is something that strangely happens during fights around the school, a song plays in the background at random (usually the themes u have chosen for ur character), nobody in the school, not even the principal knows where the music comes from, so they cannot find out whom or what causes it

((I had seen and used details from soul eater, killakill, and another anime I dont know about (they told me about it, it had a girl who had a pistol that had unlimited ammo, but she did a reloading action for fun) anyhoot, this is mainly original stuff though, itsnot Iin the same world as any other anime))

But that he came from a long way to be here, Night has had nightmares about his past but keeps them bottled up inside, the only thing he ever tells anyone is that he is here and here is now. Meaning that the past matters not, it counts if your here and now. (His logic.) Besides he has been told that he is stupid and crazy, he takes them as compliments and cares not what people judge him by his looks, or well being. But only by his actions.

Haruna seems like a generally happy person. She is usually kind to people, unless she has a disliking to you. Haruna is pretty open, but still has her own little secrets that she doesn't plan on sharing. Haruna enjoys being around people, especially when they aren't the 'gloomy and depressing' type. She likes to both tease and scare people, but does have her own extents. When she does things wrong, Haruna has a strange need to apologize, and sometimes even apologizes when it's not even her fault. This is most likely a cause from her past. Haruna is an intelligent person, and usually thinks before she says anything. Though she is usually pretty care-free, Haruna knows when to get serious. When she's being serious, Haruna is more quiet than usual, and rather observant. Haruna doesn't usually get mad very easily, but when she does, she kind of has a cursing habit. Though it's not as important, Haruna likes things to be clean, or else she gets uncomfortable.
Description:
Haruna is a tall and slender female, standing at 5'9. She has rather pale skin, and seems slightly younger than her actual age. Despite her somewhat tomboyish personality, Haruna has a rather feminine appearance. Haruna has slightly tousled, waist length red hair, which is almost always tied up in a ponytail. Her choppy bangs cover up most of her forehead. Haruna has barrettes in her bangs, of various colors. Her most prominent feature would probably be her golden, cat-like eyes. Haruna does have curves, but her clothes hide them. She usually wears a white collared shirt, with a ribbon around the collar of her shirt. She also wears a short sleeved beige colored jacket on top. Haruki wears a plaid red and black skirt, and brown shoes with white socks. She usually wears bracelets and a purple hair tie on her right wrist. Sometimes she wears black fingerless gloves that end at her elbows. Her nails are usually painted a baby pink. Haruna usually almost always has an eccentric smile on her face.
History:
~~YAY FOR TRAGIC PASTS~~
Haruna was born to a rather loving and caring family, but that eventually stopped. Haruna's parents would often argue and fight with each other, and they eventually got divorced when she was 8. Haruna stayed with her mother, and her father left. She still has no idea where her father is, and hasn't talked to him since. Anyway, at first, Haruna had a pretty stable relationship with her mother, but eventually, Haruna's mother began getting a bit stressed out about her life. Haruna's mother began blaming Haruna for everything, even if it wasn't something Haruna couldnt control, or do. Her mother would often verbally abuse her, but not so much physically. The closest thing to hitting her that her mother did was pushing, grabbing, and sometimes pulling her hair, though she did sometimes throw stuff at Haruna if she was really ticked off. Haruna did have weird intentions of wanting to kill her mother, but she decided against it because she was afraid of the outcome.
Her mother began meeting people again, and she hooked up with an incredibly nice person. One day her mother invited him to his house. He noticed that Haruna was strangely uncomfortable around her mom, and that she even had a few marks on her face and arms. That was the day that people had come to take Haruna away from her mother, all thanks to some guy.
Haruna was quickly adopted by two gay men, though they were actually kind of.. poor. Despite that, they were extremely nice and kindhearted people. Probably the nicest people she had known at the time, considering the fact that she barely knew anyone else. Though her mother's aggression made Haruna rather shy and awkward, her adoptive parents accepted her like that. Haruna's adoptive parents were both ex-Soul Fighters, and she'd often like to hear their stories about being one.
Though her family problems were now alright, she didn't have a great time at her first school. Her shyness and quietness often made Haruna a victim of bullying, and even potential harassment. Haruna didn't want to trouble her adoptive parents, so she decided not to tell them about anything.
Haruna eventually got sick of the torment, so she began changing both her personality, and even a little bit of her looks. Though it took her quite a few months, she became a shy person, to a more confident one. A less awkward person, to an open one. Eventually the other students stopped messing with her, and moved onto a different person.
Now she seems like a rather happy, average person.
Soul (Fighter soul and weapon):
Her Fighter Soul is a blackish, dark red color (Click). Though she is trained with many weapons such as knives and daggers, her Soul Weapon is dual swords, which can attach together and deattach (Click).
